National Highway 29(NH 29) is a primary national highway in India. This highway was previously part of old national highways 36, 39 and 150. Due to rationalisation of national highway numbers of India by Gazette notification on 5 March 2010, it was renumbered as National Highway 29. [1] NH-29 runs across the Indian states of Assam, Nagaland and Manipur. [2] This national highway is 338.5 km (210.3 mi) long. [3]

NH29 connects Dabaka(Sutargaon), Manja in Assam, Dimapur, Kohima, Chizami in Nagaland and terminates at Jessami in the State of Manipur. [3]

National Highway 27, an East - West National highway in India that starts from Porbandar and terminates in Silchar, the highway passes through the states of Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Assam. NH-27 was laid and is maintained by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH). This is the second longest National Highway in India and is a part of NS-EW Corridor of NHAI.

National Highway 73 is a National Highway in India. This highway runs in the Indian state of Karnataka. It starts from sea port city of Mangaluru ( Mangalore) and ends at Tumakuru. Even though named as national highway the road is narrow and prone to landslips and falling of trees in Charmady ghat section of Western ghats. This highway was previously part of national highways 48, 234 and 206 but subsequent to rationalisation of national highway numbers of India by Gazette notification on 5 March 2010 it was changed to National Highway 73.
