It extends for 1.77 miles (2.85 km) from an intersection with Feura Bush Road near the hamlet of Delmar to a junction with NY 443 in the hamlet of Elsmere. The two-lane route, named Elsmere Avenue, also has an intersection with NY 32 about halfway through the route. NY 335 was assigned to its current alignment in the 1930s.

Maryland Route 335

Maryland Route 335 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Maryland. The state highway runs 16.36 miles (26.33 km) from the upper end of Hooper's Island north to MD 16 in Church Creek. MD 335 provides access to several communities along the Honga River in southern Dorchester County. The state highway also passes through Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge. MD 335 was designated as one of the original state roads, but only the portion of the highway from Crossroads to the Blackwater River was completed by the early 1920s. The highway was constructed from Crossroads to Golden Hill in the mid-1920s, from Crossroads to Church Creek in the late 1920s, and from Golden Hill to Hooper's Island with the completion of a modern bridge over Fishing Creek in 1934.

State Route 320 (SR 320) is a short north–south state highway in western Ohio, a U.S. state. The southern terminus of SR 320 is at U.S. Route 35 (US 35) approximately three miles (4.8 km) southeast of New Paris, 34 mile (1.2 km) south of US 35's eastern junction with Interstate 70 (I-70). The northern terminus of the state highway is located in New Paris at a signalized intersection with SR 121.

Wyoming Highway 335 (WYO 335) is a 9.71-mile-long (15.63 km) roughly north-south Wyoming State Road located in central Sheridan County south of the city of Sheridan.

Loop 335 is a highway loop that encircles the city of Amarillo, Texas. Loop 335 connects to every major highway in the city and passes close to Amarillo International Airport on the east side of the city. Loop 335 is currently not a continuous freeway. Instead, the highway has interchanges at select intersections and short segments of freeway such as its southeastern section.

National Highway 19 (India)

National Highway 19 is a national highway in India. It was previously referred to as Delhi–Kolkata Road and is one of the busiest national highways in India. After renumbering of national highways, Delhi to Agra route is now national highway 44 and Agra to Kolkata route is numbered national highway 19. It constitutes a major portion of the historical Grand Trunk Road. It is also part of AH1 of Asian Highway Network, that traverses from Japan to Turkey.

Highway 335 is a north–south state highway in Union County, Arkansas. The highway begins at Highway 15 and runs northeast to U.S. Highway 167 (US 167). It is maintained by the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ArDOT).

Mississippi Highway 335 was a state highway in central Mississippi. The route started at MS 8 near Gore Springs, and it traveled northward over eastern Grenada County. MS 335 then crossed over the Grenada Lake and entered Yalobusha County. The route continued northward and ended at MS 330 near Gums. MS 335 was designated around 1958, from the Grenada–Yalobusha county line to MS 330. It was extended southwards in 1960 to MS 8, before being removed from the state highway system by 1967.
