Hitomi Mieno is a Japanese singer and screenwriter. She has released 17 singles and 11 albums since her debut in 1994. Several of her songs have been used as openings and endings of anime and radio dramas. She has also written the screenplays of various anime series under the alias of Deko Akao, including Noragami, Frame Arms Girl and After the Rain.
Teasing Master Takagi-san is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Sōichirō Yamamoto. Case Closed: The Culprit Hanzawa, also known as Detective Conan: The Culprit Hanzawa is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Mayuko Kanba. It is a spin-off of the original manga Detective Conan by Gosho Aoyama and stars the black-silhouetted "criminal" that appears in the main series to represent the mystery culprits. Kanba launched the manga in Shogakukan's Shōnen Sunday S in May 2017 and its chapters have been collected in eight tankōbon volumes as of October 2023. An anime television series adaptation produced by TMS Entertainment aired from October to December 2022.

The staff and cast reprised their respective roles. It aired from July 7 to September 22, 2019, on Tokyo MX and other channels, with episodes being exclusively streamed on Netflix Japan. A worldwide release on Netflix took place on December 6, 2019. The opening theme for the second season is "Zero Centimeters" performed by Yuiko Ōhara. Like the first season, the ending themes consist of covers by Rie Takahashi: "Kanade" by Sukima Switch, "Konayuki" (粉雪) by Remioromen, "Kiseki" (キセキ) by Greeeen, "Arigatō" (ありがとう) by Ikimonogakari, "STARS" by Mika Nakashima, "Anata ni" (あなたに) by Mongol800, "Iwanai Kedo ne." by Ōhara, and "Yasashii Kimochi" (やさしい気持ち) by Chara.
