The 2016 Norwegian Football Cup was the 111th season of the Norwegian annual knock-out football tournament. It began with qualification matches in March 2016. The first round was played on 13 April 2016 and the tournament concluded with the final on 20 November 2016.
During the 2019 campaign Vålerenga will have competed in the following competitions: Eliteserien, Norwegian Football Cup.
The 2021 season is Sandefjord's second season in the Eliteserien following their promotion from the 1. divisjon at the end of the 2019 season.
The 2022 season was Sandefjord's third consecutive year in the top flight now known as Eliteserien, a record in the club's history. They participated in Eliteserien and the Cup. In the end, Sandefjord finished at 14th place but won relegation play-offs against Kongsvinger.
