1st district

The seat is vacant after Edcel Lagman of the Liberal Party died on January 30, 2025.

The Liberal Party nominated Lagman's daughter, Tabaco mayor Krisel Lagman, who won the election against Ako Bicol representative Jil Bongalon (Lakas–CMD). [1] [2] [3]

2nd district

Term-limited incumbent Joey Salceda of Lakas–CMD ran for governor of Albay. He was previously affiliated with PDP–Laban.

Lakas–CMD nominated former Ako Bicol representative Christopher Co, who was defeated by Caloy Loria of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino. [1] [6]

Incumbent Josefina Tallado of Lakas–CMD ran for a third term. [10] She was previously affiliated with PDP–Laban.

Incumbent Hori Horibata (National Unity Party) is running for a second term. [14] He was elected in 2022 under PDP–Laban with 52.98% of the vote.

Term-limited incumbent Luis Raymund Villafuerte (National Unity Party) is running for governor of Camarines Sur. [16] He was re-elected in 2022 with 78.66% of the vote.

The National Unity Party nominated Villafuerte's son, Camarines Sur governor Luigi Villafuerte, as its candidate. Luigi Villafuerte is running against San Fernando mayor Fermin Mabulo (Nationalist People's Coalition). [16] [17]

Term-limited incumbent Gabriel Bordado (Liberal Party) is running for vice mayor of Naga. He was re-elected in 2022 with 58% of the vote.

5th district

Incumbent Miguel Luis Villafuerte (National Unity Party) is running for a second term. [16] He was elected in 2022 under PDP–Laban with 60.15% of the vote.

Villafuerte is running against Phil Fortuno (Nationalist People's Coalition). [22] On April 14, 2025, the Commission on Election's First Division disqualified Fortuno for allegedly misrepresenting his residency after finding that he was a citizen of the United States. Fortuno subsequently filed a pending appeal, saying that he had been a long-term resident of Nabua and only received dual citizenship in 2014. [23]

Catanduanes

Incumbent Leo Rodriguez (Partido Federal ng Pilipinas) is running for a second term. He was elected in 2022 as an independent with 47.10% of the vote.

Rodriguez is running against four other candidates, including Catanduanes board member Jan Alberto (Independent) and Virac mayor Sammy Laynes (Lakas–CMD). [24]
