Incumbent Munir Arbison Jr. (Lakas–CMD) is running for a second term as a nominee of the Kapuso FM party-list. He was elected unopposed in 2022.

Zamboanga City's 1st district

Incumbent Khymer Adan Olaso (Nacionalista Party) is retiring to run for mayor of Zamboanga City. [4] [5] He was elected in 2022 with 49.43% of the vote.

Olaso's brother, Kaiser Adan Olaso (Nacionalista Party), is running against three other candidates, including Zamboanga City vice mayor Pinpin Pareja (Lakas–CMD). [4] [5] [6]

Term-limited incumbent Mannix Dalipe (Lakas–CMD) is running for mayor of Zamboanga City. [5] He was re-elected with 53.99% of the vote in 2022.

Zamboanga del Norte's 1st district

Incumbent Pinpin Uy (Lakas–CMD) is running for a full term. [8] He was elected in 2022 under PDP–Laban with 48.19% of the vote. However, due to a controversy over the election result, Uy was only able to take office on November 13, 2023.

Uy is running against three other candidates, including Piñan mayor Cely Carreon (Nacionalista Party). [8] [9]
