Ilocos Norte's 1st district

Incumbent Sandro Marcos (Partido Federal ng Pilipinas) is running for a second term unopposed. [1] [2] [3] He was elected in 2022 under the Nacionalista Party with 56.63% of the vote.

Incumbent Eugenio Angelo Barba (Nacionalista Party) is running for a third term unopposed. [2] [4] He was re-elected in 2022 with 79.08% of the vote.

Ilocos Sur's 1st district

Incumbent Ronald Singson (Nationalist People's Coalition) is running for a second term. [2] He was elected in 2022 with 57.48% of the vote.

Singson is running against Charles Savellano (Independent). [5] Savellano was initially declared to be a nuisance candidate by the Commission on Elections. However, the Supreme Court ordered on January 14, 2025, to include Savellano in the ballot. [6]

Incumbent Kristine Singson-Meehan (Nationalist People's Coalition) is running for a third term. [7] She was re-elected unopposed in 2022.

Incumbent Paolo Ortega (Lakas–CMD) is running for a second term. [7] He was elected in 2022 under the Nationalist People's Coalition with 76.80% of the vote.

Ortega is running against La Union Provincial Board member Joy Ortega (Nacionalista Party) and Ed Banzon (Partido Demokratiko Pilipino). [9]

Incumbent Maria Rachel Arenas (Lakas–CMD) is running for a second term. [13] She was elected in 2022 under PDP–Laban with 90.47% of the vote.

Arenas is running against former representative Gener Tulagan (Independent) and George Absolor (Partido Pederal ng Maharlika). [13] [15]
