South Korean girl group Aespa have released four extended plays, eleven singles, two promotional singles and five soundtracks.

Contents

The group debuted on November 17, 2020, with the single "Black Mamba". Their first comeback single "Next Level" was released in May 2021 to widespread commercial success, peaking at number two on the Circle Digital Chart [1] and K-pop Hot 100. [2] In October 2021, they released their first extended play (EP) Savage alongside its lead single of the same name. The EP sold 787,600 copies and was the best-selling debut physical release by an SM Entertainment act at the time. The lead single "Savage" also became Aespa's second top-five hit in South Korea and their first top 40 entry on the Billboard Global 200.

In July 2022, they released their second extended play Girls, which sold 1,844,376 copies and debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 chart. They returned in May 2023 with their third extended play My World, which earned 1.8 million pre-orders and sold 1,372,929 million copies on its first day, making it the highest first-day sales by a K-pop girl group. Chinese boy band and the fourth overall sub-unit of the South Korean boy band NCT, WayV, has released two studio album, one reissue, four extended plays (EP), one single album, and eleven singles with SM Entertainment's Chinese sub-label, Label V. WayV debuted in 2019 with the single album The Vision, with a Chinese version of NCT 127's "Regular" as the lead single. In the same year, the group entered the Billboard World Albums chart for the first time with their first EP, Take Off. "Savage" is a song recorded by South Korean girl group Aespa for their first extended play (EP) of the same name. It was released as the lead single on October 5, 2021, by SM Entertainment. Described as a "hyperpop-tinged title track", the song was written by Yoo Young-jin, who also composed along with Kirsten Collins, Jia Lih, and Hautboi Rich, and eventually handled the arrangement alongside Lih. It also continues the group's previous storyline in "Next Level", with the members and their corresponding avatars confronting their Black Mamba villain in the fictional Kwangya universe.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Got the Beat</span> South Korean girl group

Got the Beat is a South Korean supergroup and first sub-unit of project group Girls On Top.
