Ansal Plaza, Delhi is the oldest major shopping mall of Delhi as well as the third oldest in India. It was opened on 1 November 1999 with the launch of Shoppers Stop in Delhi (its first branch to be part of a mall, now Decathlon Khel Gaon). [1] [2] The mall was established by Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd. [3] It is located at Andrews Ganj on Khel Gaon Marg, in South Delhi and has a gross leasable area of 178,000 sq ft (16,500 m2). [1] The mall has an amphitheatre enclaved within the circular shaped plaza. [4] It has parking facilities for 1000 cars. [5] After the success of Ansal Plaza, Delhi, AIMS Ansals [6] opened many more malls in several places of India. [7]

Ansal Crown Plaza, Faridabad

Ansal Crown Plaza is one of the biggest malls of Faridabad. It is located on Mathura Road in Sector-15A and close to Neelam Chowk Ajronda metro station. It was launched in 2003 and has a gross leasable area of 300,000 sq ft (28,000 m2). [8]

Ansal Plaza, Ludhiana

Ansal Plaza, Ludhiana is located on Ferozepur Road in Gurdev Nagar, Ludhiana. It was opened in 2005 and has a gross leasable area of 250,000 sq ft (23,000 m2). [9] [10]

Ansal Plaza, Ghaziabad

Ansal Plaza, Ghaziabad was inaugurated in 2005 and it is one of the oldest malls of Ghaziabad. It is located near Dabur Chowk at Vaishali. It has a gross leasable area of 200,000 sq ft (19,000 m2). [11] [12]

Ansal Plaza, Gurgaon

Ansal Plaza, Gurgaon is located in Palam Vihar, an upscale locality of Gurgaon. The mall is close to Rezang La Chowk in Sector-23. It was launched in 2007 and has a gross leasable area of 260,000 sq ft (24,000 m2). [8]

Ansal Royal Plaza, Jodhpur

Ansal Royal Plaza was inaugurated in 2007 and it is one of the oldest malls of Jodhpur. It is located on High Court Road, close to Nai Sarak Chauraha. It has a gross leasable area of 136,000 sq ft (12,600 m2). [13]

Ansal Highway Plaza, Sonipat

Ansal Highway Plaza is located at Sector-62 in Kundli, Sonipat. It was opened in 2008 and has a gross leasable area of 250,000 sq ft (23,000 m2). [14]

Ansal Plaza, Greater Noida

Ansal Plaza, Greater Noida is the first shopping mall of Greater Noida. It is located at Pari Chowk in Amit Nagar. The mall was inaugurated in 2009 and has a gross leasable area of 750,000 sq ft (70,000 m2). [15]

Select CITYWALK is a shopping centre located in the Saket District Centre Sector-6, Pushp Vihar, New Delhi. The mall has a built-up area of 1,300,000 sq ft (120,000 m2), with 600,000 sq ft (56,000 m2) of retail space. The mall is spread over 6 acres (24,000 m2) and includes a 4 km long multiplex, serviced apartments, offices and public spaces. The mall was developed by Select Infrastructure, a joint venture between the Select group and the Aarone Group. It was opened to the public in October 2007.

Toll rate notified in December 2018 is INR1.35 per km for cars, INR2.18 per km for light motor vehicles, INR4.98 per km for trucks and buses, and two wheelers are not permitted on the expressway.

Gold Souk Grandé is a shopping mall, in the city of Chennai, India. The project was unveiled in April 2009 by actress Shobana. It is located next to Crescent Engineering College in Chennai and will be operational by first quarter of 2015. This is creating a record for itself by becoming the longest project in gestation period and construction period. Sector 62, is a prime mixed-use location of Noida city. It is one of the best-planned sectors of Noida where residential and commercial areas are segregated effectively. Noida is a part of National Capital Region of India.

The Jaypee Greens Pari Chowk is an elevated metro station on the North-South corridor of the Aqua Line of Noida Metro in the area of Knowledge Park I, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was opened on 25 January 2019.

Vijay Nagar is a major residential, industrial and commercial area in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was developed with assistance of the Ghaziabad Development Authority. The suburb is located at the junction of Noida, Greater Noida, Crossings Republik, Pratap Vihar and Indirapuram. Vijay Nagar is known for its educational institutes, industrial areas, the Ghaziabad Junction Railway Station, the Meerut Expressway, NH-24 and the Vishwakarma Road. The area has witnessed rampant growth in infrastructure and civic development. Vijay Nagar is closely linked with the adjoining Pratap Vihar area having a residential area, upcoming real estate projects and the Santosh Medical & Dental College, a part of Santosh University.The adjoining Bhur Bharat Nagar is close to Ghaziabad Railway Station, the nearest railway station that serves this area.

Sector 78, is a location close to the centre of Noida city in India. It is dominated by residential areas, interspersed by commercial areas in between. The proposed Vedvan Park, a theme park dedicated to Indian culture is soon to come up in Sector 78, Noida is a part of National Capital Region of India.
