Mall De Goa is a shopping mall in Porvorim in the Indian state of Goa. It is the largest shopping mall in Goa and was the second mall in the state after Caculo Mall in the capital Panaji. The mall was opened on 27 February 2016. It contains more than 82 retail outlets including food courts, restaurants, family entertainment zones and an INOX multiplex.

The property is owned by Jai Bhuvan Group. The estimated cost for this project is nearly INR 100 crores. [2] Mall De Goa was inaugurated at the hands of former Defence Minister and Chief Minister of Goa Manohar Parrikar on 27 February 2016. [3] The mall is spread across 1,80,000 square feet. [1] On 4 February 2017, DJ Aneesh Gera launched the 'Offersky App' on the Google Play Store which would enable the people to browse through different offers and other activities ongoing in the mall. Specifically there are two malls in Goa, Mall De Goa and Caculo Mall. They provide the food, entertainment and much more for the people of Porvorim and Panaji respectively.

Mall De Goa is located right on the NH17 highway in Porvorim. Its strategic location makes it easily accessible from any part of the city and its suburbs. This mall has now become a hallmark of Porvorim. [5]

Lulu International Shopping Mall Shopping mall in Kochi, India

LuLu International Shopping Mall is a shopping mall located in Edappally Kochi, Kerala. The mall its car parking facility, the convention center and the hotel altogether got total area of 1.85 million sq ft. With an average daily footfall of more than 80,000, it is one of the most visited places in Kerala. Spanning 17 acres (6.9 ha), the mall has a total retail space of 6.2 lakh sq ft. A hotel and convention center totaling 0.35 million sq feet is also build along with the project. The mall was opened in March 2013. Garuda Mall Shopping mall in Karnataka, India

Goa State in India

Rohan Ashok Khaunte is an Indian Businessman and Politician from Goa. He is the MLA from Porvorim constituency from the North Goa district. Rohan first contested the Goa assembly elections in 2012 as an independent candidate from the newly formed Porvorim Constituency and won by a majority of votes. He created history in 2017, by becoming the first Independent MLA to be re-elected in Goa. He currently represents the constituency of Porvorim as MLA and had been appointed as Minister of Revenue, Information Technology and Labour & Employment, Govt of Goa, India.

Goa Forward Party Political party in India

Goa Forward Party (GFP) is a regional political party in the western coastal Indian state of Goa, led by Vijai Sardesai. The GFP fielded four candidates in the 2017 Goa Assembly election and won three seats. It played a crucial, if controversial, role in the return of the Bharatiya Janata Party to power in the March 2017 election results in Goa. The party's motto is "Goem, Goemkar, Goemkarponn". The party was launched on 25 January 2016 and its symbol is the coconut.

Vinoda Datarama Paliencar is an Indian politician and a cabinet Minister in the Government of Goa headed by Manohar Parrikar. He is a member of the Goa Legislative Assembly representing the Siolim constituency and belongs to the Goa Forward Party. Paliencar is the Minister for Fisheries and Water Resources Department. He is a classical singer. Paliencar is the in-charge of the OBC wing of the Goa Forward Party.

Atal Setu, Goa Bridge in India

The Atal Setu is a cable-stayed bridge in Goa that runs between Panaji and Porvorim. It carries National Highway 66 over the tidal part of the Mandovi River. It is 5.1 kilometres (3.2 mi) long, making it the third longest cable-stayed bridge in India. Two wheelers, three wheelers and bullock carts are prohibited from using the Atal Setu due to its height of 30 metres (98 ft). It officially opened on 5 February 2019.
