Korum Mall is a shopping mall located in Thane city of Maharashtra state in India. It is a home to a number of branded shops. [1] It is a project of Kalpataru Limited.

The mall is located in Thane city, off the Eastern Express Highway. [2] Its constructed area is 10 lakhs square feet and retail (GLA) area spreads over 4.5 lakhs square feet. [3] [4] The grand atrium covers 25,000 sq ft. [2] The mall has a 20,000 square feet (1,900 m2) hobby and leisure store, a 70,000 sq ft Hypermarket, a 15,000 square feet (1,400 m2) family entertainment centre, a four-screen Inox Multiplex with a seating capacity of over 1000 seats, a food court that can seat 550 people, and basement parking as well as a separate car park building can park up to 1100 Cars and 700 two wheelers. Pacific Commons is a master-planned, mixed-use development consisting of 840 acres in Fremont, California currently in development by Catellus Development Corporation. It sits on part of the site of what was once the Fremont Dragstrip/Baylands Raceway Park and the Sky Sailing Airport, a glider field. Given Fremont's location at the Northern tip of Silicon Valley, Catellus originally planned the development to house primarily high-tech research and development operations with a moderate amount of retail and restaurant space, a convention center, and a hotel. Until the dot-com bubble, Cisco Systems had planned to relocate its headquarters to Pacific Commons and consolidate substantially all of its San Francisco Bay Area operations to a large campus in Pacific Commons, which would have consisted of several high-rise office buildings. With the downturn in the technology industry, Cisco put its plans on hold. While it is unclear whether Cisco will ultimately relocate its headquarters to Fremont, in 2011 Cisco purchased 149 acres of vacant land in Fremont, most of it from Catellus, fueling speculation that, at some point, it will move forward with its headquarters move to Pacific Commons.

Dubai Meydan City is a new development under construction in the Ras Al Khor area of Dubai, UAE. The project was launched on the eve of the 2007 Dubai World Cup. The entire development will cover more than 40,000,000 square feet (3,700,000 m2) GFA on a land size of around 15,000,000 square feet (1,400,000 m2). Meydan city will be located close to the Dubai Logistics Corridor making logistical activities more efficient. It is expected to be completed in 2020, while Meydan Racecourse officially opened on 27 March 2010. Lulu Mall, Palakkad is a shopping mall located in Palakkad, Kerala, India. It is the third lulu mall in the state of Kerala, located on the Kochi-Salem national highway, around 9km away from city centre in Kannadi, spanning at 2 lakh sq.ft. The mall was inaugurated in December 2023 and houses shops for both domestic and international brands as well as a multi-cuisine food court among other amenities. The property is owned and managed by Abu Dhabi based LuLu Group International.
