Forum Kochi is a shopping mall located in Maradu in the city of Kochi in Kerala, India. The Mall is promoted by one of the India's largest realty firm, the Prestige Group. Spanning over 10 acres of land, the mall has a total built up area of 10,60,000 sq ft and total retail space of 6,47,000 sq ft. [2]
It is the second largest mall in Kochi after Lulu Mall. The mall will have 6 major and 4 minor anchors including a Hypermarket, a Family Entertainment Centre, 20 restaurants, 11 food counters, 700 seater food court and 9 screen multiplex by PVR. [1] A 40-room hotel space is also being developed in collaboration with Marriott International.
The mall was scheduled to start its construction in 2009, however delayed due to global recession. The mall started its construction in April 2011, expecting for a completion in 2022. [3] [1] The mall opened for the public on 19 August 2023. [4]

Kochi, also known by its former name Cochin, is a major port city along the Malabar Coast of India bordering the Laccadive Sea. It is part of the district of Ernakulam in the state of Kerala. The city is also commonly referred to as Ernakulam. As of 2011, the Kochi Municipal Corporation had a population of 677,381 over an area of 94.88 km2, and the larger Kochi urban agglomeration had over 2.1 million inhabitants within an area of 440 km2, making it the largest and the most populous metropolitan area in Kerala. Kochi city is also part of the Greater Cochin development region and is classified as a Tier-II city by the Government of India. The civic body that governs the city is the Kochi Municipal Corporation, which was constituted in the year 1967, and the statutory bodies that oversee its development are the Greater Cochin Development Authority (GCDA) and the Goshree Islands Development Authority (GIDA).
Cochin International Airport — popularly known as Kochi International Airport or Nedumbassery Airport — is an international airport serving the city of Kochi, Kerala, in southwestern India. It is located at Nedumbassery, about 25 km (16 mi) northeast of the city center. The airport is the first of its kind to be developed under a public-private partnership (PPP) model in India. This project was funded by nearly 10,000 non-resident Indians from 32 countries. It is the busiest and largest airport in the state of Kerala. As of 2024, the airport caters to more than 63% of the total air passenger traffic in Kerala. It is the fifth-busiest airport in India in terms of international traffic, and the eighth-busiest overall.

The Forum Shops at Caesars, also known as The Forum Shops, is an upscale shopping mall on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It is connected to the Caesars Palace resort, and both feature a Roman theme. The mall project was announced in 1987. It was developed and initially owned by The Gordon Company and Melvin Simon & Associates. The land had previously been used for the unsuccessful Caesars Palace Grand Prix. Construction of the Forum Shops began in 1990, and the project opened on May 1, 1992, with 240,000 sq ft (22,000 m2) of leasable space. An expansion opened in 1997. Simon subsequently took over full ownership, and another expansion was opened in 2004.
