CrossAsia is an internet portal offering access to printed and electronic resources concerning Asian studies to individuals affiliated to a German institution which is part of the Blauer Leihverkehr (Blue Loan Service). [1] CrossAsia is being created and supervised by the East Asia Department of Berlin State Library, until 2015 the responsible library for East- and Southeast Asia (6,25) within the special research collection programme of the German Research Foundation (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft). Information is presented as well in Latin as in Asian script.

Philosophy in Taiwan is the set of philosophical traditions in Taiwan, while Taiwanese philosophy is taken to mean philosophical work from the country. Philosophical thought in Taiwan is diverse, drawing influence from Chinese philosophy during Qing rule from the 17th and 18th century, and Western philosophy through the Kyoto School during Japanese rule in the 19th and early 20th century. Taiwanese philosophy took a more endogenous turn during the modern era, with burgeoning philosophical debate regarding Taiwanese Gemeinschaft.

Shenzhen Bogang Football Club is a Chinese semi-professional football club based in Shenzhen, that competes in the Shenzhen FA City Super League, the fifth tier of Chinese football. It is located in the Bogang Community in Shajing Street, Shenzhen. Being able to trace its origins back in 1941, when the village team of Bogang was established under Japanese occupation, it boasted the record of the oldest Chinese football squad that was active. To add on that, it was also the team that had won the most championships (5) in the Chinese Champions League, the Chinese fourth tier ; however, it stopped participating in the fourth tier until the 2019 season, as they won second place and were promoted.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Fujian–Taiwan relationship</span> Relations between Taiwan and the mainland Chinese province of Fujian

The Fujian–Taiwan relations, also known as the Min–Tai relations, refers to the relationship between Fujian, which is located in mainland China, and Taiwan, which is across the Taiwan Strait. Since the average width of the Taiwan Strait is 180 kilometers, Fujian and Taiwan are adjacent, similar in both climate and environment. Although the relationship between Taiwan and Fujian has changed with the development of history, the two places have maintained close relations in terms of personnel, economy, military, culture and other aspects. At present, Taiwan residents are mostly descendants of immigrants from mainland China, of which the southern Fujian ethnic group is the main group, accounting for 73.5% of Taiwan's total population. In terms of culture, language, religion, and customs, Fujian and Taiwan also share similarities.

The Chongqing Municipal People's Congress is Chongqing's local legislature within the People's Republic of China. The Congress is elected for a term of five years. Chongqing Municipal People's Congress meetings are held at least once a year in the Great Hall of the People. After a proposal by more than one-fifth of the deputies, a meeting of the people's congress at the corresponding level may be convened temporarily.
