Crystal Cabin Award

The Crystal Cabin Award is the only international award for innovative aircraft cabin products and concepts and was granted for the first time at the Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg in 2007. An international judging panel made up of more than 20 academics, engineers, representatives of aircraft manufacturers and airlines along with specialist journalists evaluates the individual submissions and nominate three finalists in each category. The finalists are determined four weeks before the Aircraft Interiors Expo opens and the Award is granted.

The Airbus Helicopters H145 is a twin-engine light utility helicopter developed and manufactured by Airbus Helicopters. Graft is a design studio conceived as a ‘label’ for architecture, urban planning, exhibition design, music and the “pursuit of happiness”. David Huebner is an international arbitrator based in Southern California. He previously served as the United States Ambassador to New Zealand and Samoa. He was the first openly gay ambassador in the Obama administration and the third openly gay ambassador in United States history. George Bryan Polivka is an American writer, producer, and author. He is best known for his faith-based fantasy books, notably The Trophy Chase trilogy and its prequel Blaggard’s Moon. In 1986, Polivka won an Emmy Award for writing the sports documentary, "A Hard Road to Glory," with Arthur Ashe. Polivka was a 2009 Christy Award "Visionary" finalist.
