Nueva Ecija Television Channel 48 is a news and public affairs television channel, owned and operated by the Government of Nueva Ecija. The studio is located at Old Capitol Compound, Burgos Avenue, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. Its transmitter station is located at Barangay Hermogenes Conception in Cabanatuan City.
NETV is the official station of the Novo Ecijano provincial government whose primary mission is to deliver realistic news and events inside and outside the province.

Nueva Ecija is a landlocked province in the Philippines located in the Central Luzon region. Its capital is the city of Palayan.
