The channel is also carried by cable and satellite providers, including Sky Cable, Destiny Cable, Cablelink, Binangonan Cable TV Corporation, Cignal, SatLite, and G Sat along with various provincial cable operators and through online streaming.

It was launched on October 1, 2006, rebranding the Sports Plus channel. On September 25, 2019, it announced on its official Facebook page as well as on its Instagram and Twitter accounts that the channel and NBA Premium TV will cease their operations on October 1, 2019. The final program to air on this channel was a replay of NBA Playoff Playback on September 30, 2019, before signing off at 12:00 m.n. on October 1, 2019.

It is the sister of the networks Talk TV, ETC, 2nd Avenue, Universal Channel, Jack TV, Basketball TV, Solar Sports, The Game Channel and Diva Universal. It was formerly available over and also broadcast via BEAM Channel 31. Launched on December 24, 2011, its programming was focused on suspense, science fiction, and drama series. It dissolved its operations on October 19, 2012 as it had been replaced by Jack City, the secondary network channel of Jack TV, although some of its programs are still carried over by said network station channel.

It was also previously aired on BEAM TV from 2012 to 2014.
