Elections to Daventry District Council took place on Thursday 5 May 2011. One third of the council (13 seats) was up for election. The previous elections produced a majority for the Conservative Party.

Daventry is a market town and civil parish in western Northamptonshire, England, close to the border with Warwickshire. At the 2011 Census Daventry had a population of 25,026, making it the sixth largest town in Northamptonshire. It is the administrative centre of the larger Daventry District, which had a population of 78,070 at the 2011 census.

Conservative Party (UK) Political party in the United Kingdom

For the majority of English districts and the 25 unitary authorities that are elected "all out" these were the first elections since 2007. In Northern Ireland, there were elections to all 26 local councils. Elections also took place to most English parish councils.

2018 Westminster City Council election

The 2018 Westminster City Council elections were held on 3rd May 2018, the same day as other London Boroughs. All 60 seats were up for election along with the 3 seats of Queen's Park Community Council. Despite initial expectations of Labour gains across the borough, the Conservative party were able to hold the council and only lost 3 seats. The Conservatives won the popular vote across the borough by a small margin of 923 votes (1.7%), but nonetheless won a decisive victory in terms of seats, winning 41 councillors to Labour's 19.
