Derek Thorn (born April 25, 1986) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He currently competes full-time in the SRL Southwest Tour. [1] He won the championship in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West with Sunrise Ford Racing in 2013 [2] and again in 2018 in a one-off season with SFR. [3] In 2022, Thorn won the 55th Annual Snowball Derby. [4]

Wayne Anderson is an American late model race car driver. Born in Wildwood, Florida, Anderson graduated from high school in 1986. He has two championships in the NASCAR Pro-Series, which were in 1999 and 2001. Anderson also participated in the Camping World Truck Series and Nextel Cup Series, which in the Truck Series he was able to get two top-ten finishes. He also won a championship in the FASCAR. Along with his father and Alan Bruns, he created the Florida All Stars Tour. In 2001, he was able to win the Snowball Derby.
The Snowball Derby presented by Bayou Fox Hooters is a 300-lap super late model stock car race held annually at the Five Flags Speedway, a half-mile paved oval track in Pensacola, Florida, United States. The race has been contested every year since 1968 and is typically run on the first Sunday in December, although in some years it has been run on the second Sunday.
Nicholas Joanides is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series West, driving the No. 77 Toyota for Performance P-1 Motorsports. Christian Donald Eckes is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, driving the No. 19 Chevrolet Silverado for McAnally-Hilgemann Racing. Eckes is the 2019 ARCA Menards Series champion, won the Snowball Derby in 2016, and was formerly a development driver for JR Motorsports and later Toyota.

Todd Gilliland entered the season as the defending Drivers' champion; however, he did not go for three in a row, because he moved up to the Truck Series in 2018. It began with the Star Nursery 100 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway dirt track on February 28, 2019 and concluded with the Arizona Lottery 100 at ISM Raceway on November 9, 2019. Derek Kraus was crowned the champion, ahead of Jagger Jones, Hailie Deegan, and Trevor Huddleston. Derek Thorn entered the season as the defending drivers' champion, but did not defend his championship, deciding instead to focus on super late model racing.
Sunrise Ford Racing (SFR), sometimes referred to as Bob Bruncati Racing, was an American professional stock car racing team that last competed full-time in the ARCA Menards Series West. It was a subsidiary of the Sunrise Ford dealership network based in North Hollywood and Fontana, California. The team last fielded the No. 6 Ford Fusion for Jake Drew and the No. 9 Ford for Tanner Reif in 2022.
