The province of West Papua in Indonesia is divided into regencies. The regencies are turn are divided administratively into districts, also known in Indonesian as distrik or kecamatan.
The districts of West Papua and their respective regencies are as follows (as of December 2019). Administrative villages (kampung) are also listed for each district. [1] [2]

West Papua is a province of Indonesia. It covers the two western peninsulas of the island of New Guinea, Bird's Head Peninsula and Bomberai Peninsula, along with nearby islands. The province is bordered to the north by the Pacific Ocean, to the west by the Halmahera Sea and the Ceram Sea, to the south by the Banda Sea, and to the east by the province of Papua and the Cenderawasih Bay. Manokwari is the province's capital, while Sorong is its largest city. West Papua is the second-least populous province in Indonesia, with a population of 760,422 according to the 2010 census by Statistics Indonesia; the latest official estimate is 963,600.
West Aceh Regency is a regency in the Aceh special region of Indonesia. It is located on the island of Sumatra. The regency currently covers an area of 2,927.95 square kilometres and according to the 2010 census had a population of 173,558, while the 2015 Census showed a rise to 193,484; the latest estimate is 206,569. These figures include the city of Meulaboh, which was the seat of the regency government until 8 July 2013 when it was separated out as an independent city. The regency is a palm oil-producing area. Some of the people of the regency are Minangkabau-descended Aneuk Jamee.

Asmat Regency is one of the regencies (kabupaten) in the southern portion of Papua Province of Indonesia. It was split off from Merauke Regency on 12 November 2002. Asmat Regency consists of an area of 31,983.69 km2, and had a population of 76,577 at the 2010 Census and 88,373 at the 2015 Intermediate Census, mostly from the Asmat ethnic group. The administrative centre of the regency is the town of Agats.

Its administrative centre is the town of Aimas. The regency surrounds Sorong City (Kota), which is independent of the Regency; Sorong City has an airport, Sorong Airport, which also serves the Regency.

It covers an area of 8,390 km2, and had a population of 48,536 at the 2010 Census; the latest official estimate is 59,723. The regency's administrative centre is at Waris. It borders Green River Rural LLG and Amanab Rural LLG of Sandaun Province, Papua New Guinea.
East Flores Regency is a regency in East Nusa Tenggara province of Indonesia. Established in 1958, the regency has its seat (capital) in Larantuka on Flores Island. It covers a land area of 1,813.20 km2, and it had a population of 232,605 as of the 2010 census, and 246,742 at the 2015 Census. It encompasses the eastern tip of the island of Flores, together with all of the smaller islands of Adonara and Solor, both part of the Solor Archipelago. In 1999 the island of Lembata at the eastern end of the Archipelago was separated out to create its own Regency.
Sitaro Islands Regency is a regency located off the northern extremity of Sulawesi Island in the southern Sangihe Islands, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The Regency was formed under Law Number 15 Year 2007 from 2 January 2007, by separation from the Sangihe Islands Regency of which it had previously formed the southern part.
The Banggai Archipelago is a group of islands, which are located at the far eastern end of Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. It makes up a newly established regency (kabupaten) of Central Sulawesi Province of Indonesia, created by splitting the existing Banggai Regency into a new Banggai Regency situated on the mainland of Sulawesi and a Banggai Islands Regency comprising the offshore islands. In December 2014 a further splitting of the Regency was the removal of seven districts to form a new Banggai Laut Regency. The archipelago is surrounded by the Banda Sea's Gulf of Tolo, and the Molucca Sea. The Peleng Straits separate it from mainland Sulawesi.

Raam, also spelt Ram, is an island in West Papua, Indonesia, located off the northwestern tip of the Bird's Head Peninsula of New Guinea. It lies at a distance of about 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) from the coast of the city of Sorong, and about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) north of the islands of Doom and Soop. About 1.6 kilometres (0.99 mi) long and up to 0.5 kilometres (0.31 mi) wide, Raam has an area of 0.5 square kilometres (0.19 sq mi). Occupying the eastern half of the island is a settlement with a population of 1,570, which forms a kelurahan within the district of Kepulauan Sorong in the urban regency of Sorong.
