H. E. Gensky Grocery Store Building, also known as Capitol City Lodge No. 9 F. & A.M. and Cherry Street Market, is a historic commercial building located at Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri. It was built in 1915, and is a two-story, rectangular, brick building. It has a front gable roof and features a two-tiered, recessed front porch supported by continuous, slender brick columns. The building exemplifies Missouri-German craftsmanship. [2] :5

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001. [1]

The George D.D. Huie Grocery Store Building is a historic commercial building at 1400 North Pine Street in North Little Rock, Arkansas. It has a single-story front section with a gable roof, which housed the retail space, with a two-story rear section used as the proprietor's residence. This buff brick building was built by George Huie, a Chinese immigrant, in 1949 on the site of a store he had operated since 1938. The store is historically important for its role in the growth and development of the local Chinese community, and for its service to the historically African-American neighborhood in which it stands. It presently houses a small museum.

The Bowery Street Grocery Store, also known as Helmer's Grocery and as the New Pioneer Food Cooperative, is a historic building located on the east side of Iowa City, Iowa, United States. The building's construction is consistent with those built in the mid-19th century. The single-story wood-frame structure with the false front was a popular commercial style building that was built in Iowa from that time period. Beginning about 1897 the city directory lists this location as a meat market and grocery store. It would continue to house that type of business, under a variety of owners or renters until 1975. The New Pioneer Food Co-op was the last grocery to occupy the space, beginning in 1971, until it relocated to a larger facility. At some point it was illegally converted into student housing, which was not permitted due to the building's small square footage. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.
