The Harvey McCoy House, at 725 Pioneer in Aztec, New Mexico, was built in 1906. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. [1]

It is built of brick laid in Flemish bond, and it has a hipped roof. [2]

The red brick house features a central tower with a pyramidal roof atop the front entrance, a semicircular bay on the front facade, and an entrance porch spanning three bays of the building. The house includes Eastlake Style ornamentation throughout its design. The house includes nine interior fireplaces; the four fireplaces on the first floor are surrounded by decorative wood and tiles.

The property includes a main house dated to the 1820s or 1830s, a 1+12-story stone spring house and dwelling built about 1800 with frame addition, large stone end bank barn, frame wash house, stone smokehouse, and brick privy. The main house is a two-story, five bay, "L"-shaped brick building on a fieldstone foundation. The stone spring house may have also been used as a distillery.

The McCoy-Maddox House, on the NW corner of Maddox and NE Aztec Blvd. in Aztec, New Mexico, was built in 1895. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. It has also been known as Spargo House and is a hipped roof cottage. The listing included a second contributing building.

McCoy Farmstead, located at 307 Boyer Road near Holly Hill, South Carolina, was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 22, 2019.
