The International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIITH) is a deemed university, founded as a non-profit public-private partnership (N-PPP), located in Hyderabad, India. It is the first IIIT in India under this model.

It is located on the southern bank of the Ganga River in Bhagalpur, the 2nd largest city of Bihar. It was declared as an Institute of National Importance (INI) in September 2020 by Parliament of India. Its new building/campus is under construction and is expected to be completed by July 2023. Meanwhile, the institute has not distributed degree certificates to students from the 2018-22 batches onwards, and as of now has no public plans to do so in the near future.
