The Cass–Davenport Historic District is a historic district containing four apartment buildings in Detroit, Michigan, roughly bounded by Cass Avenue, Davenport Street, and Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. The Milner Arms Apartments abuts, but is not within, the district.
The Cass Park Historic District is a historic district in Midtown Detroit, Michigan, consisting of 25 buildings along the streets of Temple, Ledyard, and 2nd, surrounding Cass Park. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005 and designated a city of Detroit historic district in 2016.
The Pearl Street School is a historic school building at 75 Pearl Street in Reading, Massachusetts. Built in 1939, the two-story brick and limestone building is Reading's only structure built as part of a Public Works Administration project. The site on which it was built was acquired by the town sometime before 1848, and served as its poor farm. With fifteen classrooms, the school replaced three smaller wood-frame schoolhouses in the town's school system, and was its first fire-resistant structure.
The Lancaster and Waumbek Apartments were small apartment buildings respectively located at 227-29 and 237-39 East Palmer Avenue in Detroit, Michigan. The apartments were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. They were demolished in November 2005.
The Wyoming State Hospital, once known as the Wyoming State Insane Asylum, is located in Evanston, Wyoming, United States. The historic district occupies the oldest portion of the grounds and includes fifteen contributing buildings, including the main administrative building, staff and patient dormitories, staff apartments and houses, a cafeteria and other buildings, many of which were designed by Cheyenne, Wyoming architect William Dubois. Established in 1887, the historic buildings span the period 1907-1948. At one point it was common for new hall additions to be named after the counties in Wyoming. The recent addition of Aspen, Cottonwood, and Evergreen halls do not follow this trend.
The Palmer Park Boulevard Apartments District is a collection of three apartment buildings located in Highland Park, Michigan. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.
The Chateau Frontenac Apartments was an apartment building located in Detroit, Michigan. It bore the name of the famous Chateau Frontenac hotel. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991, but was subsequently demolished. It was removed from the National Register in 2020.
The Jefferson–Chalmers Historic Business District is a historic district located on East Jefferson Avenue between Eastlawn Street and Alter Road in Detroit, Michigan. The district is the only continuously intact commercial district remaining along East Jefferson Avenue, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.
Maple Terrace Court and Walton Apartments is a group of historic dwellings located at Charleston, West Virginia. Maple Terrace Court is a row of 2 1⁄2-story brick urban townhouses built in 1914 in the Colonial Revival-style with each two-bay residential units featuring slate-shingled gable roofs with gabled dormers, concrete foundations scored to resemble cut stone, and brick front porches. The Walton Apartments is a three-story unadorned brick apartment building is of utilitarian construction originally built with four one-bedroom residential units per floor.
The Parkview Apartments is a historic apartment building at 300 West 13th Avenue in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. It is a two-story masonry structure, built out of buff brick. It is a U-shaped building, with Classical Revival features, including a projecting cornice and a crenellated parapet at the center of the U. Built in about 1925, this twelve-unit building was then the largest apartment building in the state in terms of total square footage. Parkview Apartments was the work of O.C. Hauber, a businessman who played a major role in the growth and development of Pine Bluff in the early 20th century.
The Colonial is a historic apartment building located at Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. It was built in 1900, and is a three-story, eight bay by ten bay, Classical Revival style yellow brick building. It features a variety of terracotta decorative elements and two-story bay windows on the upper floors.
Buchanan School, also known as The Naval Station, is a historic building located in the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. Since 2019 the building has housed a senior living apartment building.
The Eugenia Apartments in southeast Portland in the U.S. state of Oregon is a two-story apartment building listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A Colonial Revival structure built in 1911, it was added to the register in 1989.
Delmar Apartments, also known as Chelten Station, is a historic apartment building located in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1902, and is a five-story, "U"-shaped brick building in the Colonial Revival-style. The first floor is faced in Wissahickon schist and has a wood porch. It features four-story bay windows, a terra cotta cornice, and pediment above the main entrance. It was the first large apartment building built in the Germantown-Chestnut Hill area.
The Almont Apartments are historic apartment houses at 1439-43 and 1447-51 Blue Hill Avenue in the Mattapan neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Built in 1926, they are well-preserved examples of Colonial Revival architecture, built during a period of growth fueled by the city's expanding streetcar network. The apartments were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.
The Harriett was a historic apartment building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built about 1905, and was a three-story, "U"-shaped, Classical Revival style yellow brick and grey limestone building. It has been demolished.
Delaware Flats is a historic apartment building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1887, and is a three-story, ten bay wide, Classical Revival style painted brick and limestone building. The first floor has commercial storefronts with cast iron framing. The upper stories feature two-story blank arches with Corinthian order pilasters.
Linwood Colonial Apartments, also known as Colonial Park Apartments, is a historic garden apartment complex and national historic district located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1937–1938, and consists of three three-story, Colonial Revival style red brick buildings. It has 106 apartments and includes a "U"-shaped building and two stepped plan buildings.
The F.E. Haley Double House, also known as the Gordon Apartments, is a historic building located in Des Moines, Iowa, United States. This double house is significant as being one of the first of this kind of building type built in the Des Moines area. The double house was developed in this area starting in the Victorian era. This 2½-story, brick Colonial Revival was built in 1897 by Felix E. Haley. He managed the building, but never lived here, suggesting he had it built for rental/investment purposes. The building features a symmetrical facade, brick in several colors and textures, and a sloping flat roof. While it originally had a full length front porch, this one is not the original. The four lunette-shaped windows in the frieze feature shield-shaped panes. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
The Old Michigan Avenue School, also known as the Grass Lake Public School or the Schoolhouse Square Apartments, is a former school building located at 661 East Michigan Avenue in Grass Lake, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
