The Jameson-Richards Gas Station is a historic automobile service station on Arkansas Highway 367 in Bald Knob, Arkansas. Built in the early 1930s, it is a typical period roadside service building, a single-story brick structure with English Revival styling. It is rectangular in plan, with a projecting porte-cochere that has Tudor style half-timbered stucco in its gable end. The main garage bays have original two-leaf swinging doors, and the office area has original multipane casement windows. It stands near the Jameson-Richards Cafe, a similar period roadside building. The Shell Service Station in Winston-Salem, Forsyth County, North Carolina, was a filling station constructed in 1930 following a decision in the 1920s by the new local Shell distributor, Quality Oil Co., to bring brand awareness to the market in Winston-Salem. The building is an example of representational or novelty architecture and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on May 13, 1976. It is located in the Waughtown-Belview Historic District.
Ambler's Texaco Gas Station, also known as Becker's Marathon Gas Station, is a historic filling station located at the intersection of Old U.S. Route 66 and Illinois Route 17 in the village of Dwight, Illinois, United States. The station has been identified as the longest operating gas station along Route 66; it dispensed fuel for 66 continuous years until 1999. The station is a good example of a domestic style gas station and derives its most common names from ownership stints by two different men. North of the station is an extant outbuilding that once operated as a commercial icehouse. Ambler's was the subject of major restoration work from 2005–2007, and reopened as a Route 66 visitor's center in May 2007. It was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 2001.
The Central High School Neighborhood Historic District in Little Rock, Arkansas comprises the area surrounding Little Rock Central High School. The area was designated to provide historic context to the National Historic Landmark school. It includes the restored Magnolia Gas Station, which was a staging area for the media during the school integration crisis of 1957. Until the early 21st century, this building served as the National Park Service visitor center for the historic district. Residences in the surrounding area include bungalows, Tudor Revival and Colonial Revival styles.
The Columbia County Courthouse is located at Court Square in the heart of Magnolia, the county seat of Columbia County, Arkansas. The two-story brick and stone structure was designed W. W. Hall and built in 1905. It features Renaissance Revival styling, with Corinthian pilasters separating the windows on the second level and a projecting Greek temple portico with recessed entries under round arches on the first level, and fluted Corinthian columns on the second.

Beam's Shell Service Station and Office, also known as C. Grier Beam Truck Museum, is a historic service station located at 117 N. Mountain St. in Cherryville, Gaston County, North Carolina. It was built about 1930 by the Shell Oil Company, and is a one-story, rectangular Mission/spanish Revival style building. Associated with the service station are the original pump island and gasoline pumps.
The Tuomy Hills Service Station is a commercial building located 2460 Washtenaw Avenue in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.
Harvey's Grocery and Texaco Station is a historic retail establishment at 3241 Arkansas Highway 24, between Camden and Chidester, Arkansas. The single-story concrete block building was built in 1940 by Henry Harvey, replacing a log structure that had previously housed his retail establishment. The building is one of the best-preserved examples of 1940s vernacular general stores and gas stations in the Camden area. The style of the building is, despite its modern construction materials, reminiscent of 19th century retail buildings, with a small windows placed high on the sides, and a full-width front porch. The Harveys pumped gas until 1979, after which the tanks were removed. Harvey's was also a locally notable stop for politicians on the stump in Arkansas: those who are known to have stopped here were Bill Clinton, David Pryor, and Jay Dickey.
The Allen Tire Company and Gas Station is an historic former automotive service facility at 228 1st Street SW in Prescott, Arkansas. It is a single-story Craftsman style structure that was built in 1924. Its main architectural features are a variety of arches, which flank the ends and street face of the carport, as well as the doorway into the office. Additional Craftsman features include exposed rafter ends and three-over-one windows. The building acted as a service station into the 1940s, and has seen a variety of other commercial and retail uses since then.
The Murfreesboro Cities Service Station is a historic automotive service station on Arkansas Highway 26, facing the northeast side of the town square in Murfreesboro, Arkansas. It is a simple single-story brick building with a cross-gable roof and modest English Revival styling. It was built in 1939 by A. P. Terrell, a local builder, using bricks from a building that had previously stood on the site. It was operated as a Cities Service gas station into the 1980s, and was purchased by the Murfreesboro Community Foundation in 1989. The building plan for this structure is similar to that of other surviving Cities Service stations, including a station in Rison and another in Clinton.
The Wittsburg Store and Gas Station is a historic retail establishment on Cross County Road 637 in Wittsburg, Arkansas. It is the only commercial building in the community. Built c. 1930, it is a single-story wood-frame structure with a gable roof and a false front. A shed-roof porch extends across the front, supported by for square posts. The main entrance is centered, flanked by sash windows. A gable-roofed section extends from the rear of the building, providing residential space for the shop, which occupies the main block. The building also features a concrete storm cellar, and there is a period gas pump to the building's southeast. The store operated from the 1930s to the 1980s, and is a reminder of Wittsburg's former status as a significant river town.
The Texaco Station No. 1 is a historic automotive service station at 110 East Main Street in Paragould, Arkansas. Built in 1925, it is a Mission-style brick building with a canopy extending to cover the service area. It is one of only two surviving early gas stations in the city, and was used as a service station until about 1970, going through a number of ownership and fuel supplier changes. In 1985 it was converted into the Hamburger Station, a restaurant.
The Magnolia Company Filling Station is a historic automotive service station building at 492 West Lafayette Street in Fayetteville, Arkansas. It is a small single-story white hip-roofed brick building, with a portico, supported by brick piers, extending over the area where the fuel pumps were originally located. The building has a center entrance, with a single sash window to the left, and a large window to the right. Built in 1925, it is one of the region's oldest surviving gas stations, and, according to its National Register nomination in 1978 was the only one then known to have been built by the Magnolia Company and to still be surviving.
The Ferguson Gas Station is a historic automotive service station at Center Street and United States Route 65 in Marshall, Arkansas. It is a small single-story structure, with sandstone walls and brick quoining at the corners and openings. It has a steeply pitched gable roof, with a slightly projecting cross gable above the entrance. The station was built about 1927 by Zeb Ferguson, in a style first popularized by the Pure Oil Company.
The Jameson-Richards Cafe is a historic commercial building on Arkansas Highway 367 in Bald Knob, Arkansas. Built in the 1930s, it is a typical roadside cafe of that period, a single-story brick structure with English Revival features. It is T-shaped in plan, with half-timbered stucco gable ends above brick walls. Most of it windows are original casement, as is the French door that is the main entry. The cafe stands next to the similar Jameson-Richards Gas Station, another period roadside building.
The Gas Station at Bridge and Island Streets is a historic automotive service station in Bellows Falls, Vermont. Built about 1935, it is a modest yet well-preserved example of period roadside commercial architecture of the period. The Colonial Revival building continues to be used as a service facility; it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
The Walter Patterson Filling Station is a historic automotive service station building on United States Route 65 in central Clinton, Arkansas. It is a small single-story brick building, with a steeply pitched gable roof. The front of the building is symmetrical, with a central entrance flanked by square single-pane display windows, and a cross-gable above the entrance. Built in 1936, it is the only gas station from that period to survive in the city, and is a good example of commercial English Revival architecture.
The Shady Bend Gas Station, Grocery, and Diner, at 3609 E. Hwy 30 in Grand Island, Nebraska, was built in 1931. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.
