KrasAvia is a scheduled and charter passenger airline based in Krasnoyarsk, Russia. It was established in 1956 as Turin Airline before being renamed Evenkia Avia in 2002 and KrasAvia in 2007. It is Russia's largest regional carrier, with a fleet of 44 aircraft and helicopters. [2] The airline is owned by the administration of the Krasnoyarsk region. [3]

AiRUnion was a Russian airline alliance. It was the first airline alliance ever established in Russia. Member airlines and their affiliates enjoyed a high degree of co-operation in scheduling, ticketing, code sharing, flight transfer operations, frequent flyer program benefits, shared airport lounges, reducing costs, and sharing best practices. The airline and member carriers have since gone bankrupt in 2008. With government sponsorship, the alliance was planned to be resurrected as Rossiya as of 2008. However, this never took place.

Central Intelligence Agency reports from 1952 released under the Freedom of Information Act indicate that the USSR was using Dikson as a staging airfield for Tupolev Tu-4 aircraft.

Krasnoyarsk Cheremshanka Airport is a domestic airport in the Krasnoyarsk Krai, situated 23 kilometres (14 mi) northwest of Krasnoyarsk. It became the base of a civil defense helicopter detachment in 1982, featuring Mil Mi-6 and Mil Mi-8 aircraft. In addition to military use, the airfield serves some regional civilian passenger flights using Antonov An-24 and Antonov An-26 aircraft. It is the hub of KrasAvia airline. Krasnoyarsk Cheremshanka is adjacent to the larger Krasnoyarsk International Airport and appears very similar to it from the air, since its two runways, although shorter than those at the international airport, have the exact same bearings (11/29).

Skynet.Aero is a regional airline based at the Krasnoyarsk Airport. The airline makes regular flights to Norilsk, Abakan, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Khabarovsk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Magadan and Anadyr. In April 2011 it opened flights from Norilsk to Ufa and Kazan.
