Le Vega Clements House, at 1500 N. Highland Ave. in Owensboro, Kentucky, was built in 1894. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. [1]
It is a two-story, double-pile brick house, with a projecting three-story hexagonal tower. It is Queen Anne in style. [2]
It was deemed notable as "the finest examples of Queen Anne domestic architecture in Owensboro. The house, called Highlands by its builder, Sylvester Monarch, is appropriately named because of its commanding position on a hill overlooking the Ohio River. The house and yard cover an entire block." [2]

It is of brick construction, two stories high, five bays wide and one room deep, with a single flush brick chimney. The house was constructed about 1775. Also on the property are a small Flemish bond brick dairy and a meathouse.
The Walter Keene House is a historic house at 28 High Street in Stoneham, Massachusetts. The 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame building was built c. 1900, and is an excellent local example of a transitional Queen Anne-Colonial Revival house. Its hip roof and front porch are typically Colonial Revival, while the left-side turret and turned posts and balusters are Queen Anne. The house was built Walter Keene, a local shoe salesman and banker who was responsible for developing much of the surrounding area. Stoneham's Keene Street is named for him.

The Charles T. Hancock House, also known as the Hancock-Gross House, is a historic building located in Dubuque, Iowa, United States. Hancock owned a large wholesale grocery firm. He hired local architect Frank D. Hyde to design this three-story frame Queen Anne. Completed in 1890, the house is situated on the brow of a 64-foot (20 m) bluff. It has views of the city below, as well as the hills of Wisconsin and Illinois across the Mississippi River. While restrained when compared with other houses in this style, it does feature an irregular plan, a wraparound porch, multiple roof lines, narrow bargeboards in the gables, and a corner tower with a conical roof. The house was individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986, and it was included as a contributing property in the West Eleventh Street Historic District in 2004.

The Gosby House Inn, in Pacific Grove, California, is a two-story Victorian mansion that was built in 1887 by J.F. Gosby. The Inn evolved architecturally in stages, from a vernacular boarding house serving a religious retreat to a Queen Anne hotel catering to vacationers. The Victorian was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on December 2, 1980. In 2022 it is still operating as a bed and breakfast lodging establishment.
