Japanese boy band JO1 has performed on three concert tours, three one-off concerts, twenty-five music festivals, and thirty-seven live events. Debuting in March 2020, during the start of lockdown in Japan due to the COVID-19 pandemic, [1] JO1 promoted their first studio album with two virtual concerts and held their first concert with a live audience, Open the Door, in November 2021. The group embarked on their first arena tour, Kizuna, in September 2022. They did another arena tour and their first Asia tour in the later half of 2023, with an encore performance in Kyocera Dome.
Managed by Lapone Entertainment, a joint venture between CJ ENM and Yoshimoto Kogyo, JO1 is a regular act in CJ ENM's K-pop music festival, KCON. The group has performed in various award ceremonies and television specials, in which they collaborated with other artists, such as Yuto of Pentagon and Akiko Wada. In 2022, JO1 made their debut appearance on NHK's New Year's Eve television special, Kōhaku Uta Gassen , and became the first artist to perform from the white team the next year.

Tatsuo Fujioka, better known as Dean Fujioka, is a Japanese actor, singer-songwriter, musician, model and film director / producer.
The FNS Music Festival is an annual music show held among the Fuji Network System and Fuji Television since 1974. The program originated as a song contest to celebrate Fuji TV's 15th anniversary. It is commonly known as FNS, however it has no official short name.
Hinatazaka46 is a Japanese idol group produced by Yasushi Akimoto. The group was established as a subgroup of Keyakizaka46 named Hiragana Keyakizaka46 on 30 November 2015, and was renamed and spun off into its own group on 11 February 2019. The group's name is adopted from the alternate reading of Hyūgazaka Street in Mita, Minato-ku, Tokyo, following the custom of naming groups after sloping streets in the Sakamichi Series. The captain of the group is Kumi Sasaki, with Mikuni Takahashi as vice-captain, and its fans are referred to as Ohisama (おひさま).
JO1 is a Japanese boy band formed through the first season of Produce 101 Japan by Lapone Entertainment, a joint venture between Yoshimoto Kogyo and CJ ENM. The group is composed of eleven members: Issei Mamehara, Ren Kawashiri, Takumi Kawanishi, Shosei Ohira, Shion Tsurubo, Ruki Shiroiwa, Keigo Sato, Syoya Kimata, Junki Kono, Sukai Kinjo, and Sho Yonashiro. The group is the first permanent Produce 101 winning group.

It also served as the lead single for their first studio album, The Star (2020). Consisting of songs previously performed on the last episode of the show and three new songs, the EP single was released by Lapone Entertainment into three different editions on March 4, 2020. It features the participation of various South Korean songwriters and production teams such as KZ, Kim Seung-soo, Nthonious, KCKT, Ryan S. Jhun, Andrew Choi, and others.
Yoasobi is a Japanese pop duo formed in 2019. It consists of musician and record producer Ayase and singer-songwriter Lilas Ikuta, under the moniker Ikura. With the slogan "novel into music", the duo originally released songs based on selected short stories posted on Monogatary.com, a social media website for creative writing operated by Sony Music Entertainment Japan. Sources later also come from various media like stories written by professional authors, books, letters, plays, etc.
Stargazer is an extended play (EP) marketed as the second single of Japanese boy group JO1, formed through the reality competition show Produce 101 Japan. It also served as the second single for their first studio album The Star (2020). Consisting of a total of six songs that mostly fall in house, hip-hop, EDM, and trap genres, the EP single was released by Lapone Entertainment into three different physical editions and one digital edition on August 26, 2020, with "Oh-Eh-Oh" as the lead track. The single features participation by members Sho Yonashiro and Ren Kawashiri in writing lyrics and choreography, respectively, for the first time as well as production by Hui from South Korean boy group Pentagon and others. It ranked at number one on Oricon Singles Chart and received a Platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of Japan with "Oh-Eh-Oh" peaked atop the Billboard Japan Hot 100.
Stranger is an extended play (EP) marketed as the fourth single of Japanese boy group JO1. It also served as the second single for their second studio album, Kizuna (2022). Consisting of a total of six songs that fall mostly in the EDM, futurepop and city pop genres, the EP single was released by Lapone Entertainment into three different physical editions and one digital edition on August 18, 2021. It features the participation of various Japanese lyricists and South Korean producers such as Yhanael, Jung Ho-hyun, Score, Megatone, KZ, Full8loom and others.
The Book 2 is the second Japanese-language EP by Japanese duo Yoasobi. It was released on December 1, 2021, through Sony Music Entertainment Japan, eleven months after their debut EP The Book (2021). It consists of eight tracks, preceded by their all singles released in 2021, and included the new song "Moshi mo Inochi ga Egaketara".
Wandering is an extended play (EP) marketed as the fifth single of Japanese boy group JO1. It served as the third single for their second studio album, Kizuna (2022), and is the group's first single that features double lead tracks, namely "Bokura no Kisetsu" and "Prologue". The latter was used as the ending theme song of the anime series Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. Consisting of a total of seven songs, the EP single was released digitally by Lapone Entertainment on December 13, 2021, while the four physical editions were released on December 15, 2021. It features the participation of various Japanese and South Korean producers such as Alive Knob, UTA, Full8loom, and others.
"Saigo no Tight Hug" is a song recorded by Japanese idol girl group Nogizaka46. It was released on November 5, 2021, through N46Div., and Sony Music Records, as a lead single of their first compilation album Time Flies. Erika Ikuta, who graduated from the group on December 31, 2021, serves as the center position of the song.

It also served as the second single of their third studio album, Equinox (2023). Consisting a total of six songs and two instrumental versions, the EP single was released into four editions on April 5, 2023. It features the group's frequent collaborators such as Jung Ho-hyun, 1by1, Nmore, and Poptime, and first collaboration EDM artist Asher Postman.
