Notes

  1. As of 13 April 2023, no country has formally recognized Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan as de jure legitimate government of Afghanistan although it may change soon
  2. Afghanistan embassy in PRC is headed by charge d'affaires appointed by Islamic Emirate since April 2022
