This is a list of football clubs that play in the four levels of the Hong Kong football league system. Most clubs are located in Hong Kong, though there are some clubs from outside Hong Kong (for example in mainland China) that play in the Hong Kong system.
The divisions are correct for the 2023–24 season. Most teams competing in the lower division (First Division, Second Division and Third Division) do not have their own home ground. It is denoted by an "N/A" in the "Home Ground" column.

Mong Kok Stadium is a stadium in Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. With a capacity of 6,664, it hosts Hong Kong Premier League football matches, with Kitchee currently using the venue. The stadium is run by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of Hong Kong.
The Hong Kong First Division League is the second-highest division in the Hong Kong football league system. Established in 1908, it is the third oldest in Asia, after Calcutta and Bombay. Moreover, it is the oldest top-flight league system in Asia. The league was formerly the highest division in Hong Kong until the formation of the Hong Kong Premier League in 2014.
