Muneer Mulaffer (born 23 March 1980) is a Sri Lankan politician,educator,and Islamic preacher who currently serves as the Deputy Minister of National Integration in the Ministry of Justice and National Integration. He is a member of the National People's Power alliance and represents the Gampaha Electoral District in the Parliament of Sri Lanka,having been elected in the 2024 Sri Lankan parliamentary election. Mulaffer was born on 23 March 1980 in the Gampaha District of Sri Lanka. [3] Details about his early education and academic qualifications remain limited in public sources.
Prior to entering politics,Mulaffer worked as a teacher and gained prominence as an Islamic preacher. [4] He has been involved in peace building efforts and initiatives promoting coexistence among Sri Lanka’s multi-ethnic and multi-religious communities.

On 28 November 2024,Mulaffer was appointed Deputy Minister of National Integration in the Ministry of Justice and National Integration.
