Nambeelup is a small town and dormitory suburb of the city of Mandurah in the Peel Region of Western Australia.
Named after Nambeelup Brook, it is of a predominantly rural land use although it is home to several residential and industrial subdivisions through the St Davids developmentwhich, due to the Peel Region's fast population growth, will eventually become a major industrial area of Mandurah. Murrayfield Aerodrome, a local airport servicing Mandurah, is located here. It does not provide any passenger services due to Mandurah's proximity to Perth Airport. Nambeelup lies close to two major highways in WA (the Kwinana Freeway and South Western Highway) which can both be accessed via Lakes Road, which also links Nambeelup to Mandurah and North Dandalup. It is not serviced by public transport although school buses do run through the area.

Oldbury is a district to the south of Perth, Western Australia, within the Peel region. It has no central township, and lies west of the South Western Highway, close to Byford and Mundijong. Part of the Pinjarra Plain, the district is a productive environment featuring dairy and rural engagements, although consisting of sandy soils and largely felled. The area was part of the drainage scheme that contributed to the Peel Estuary environmental task and the consequent Dawesville Cut. Oldbury is part of a major realigning process in the Perth metro area, as divisions of regional land and urban districts develop; boundaries maintained since European settlement.
Forrest Highway is a 95-kilometre-long (59 mi) highway in Western Australia's Peel and South West regions, extending Perth's Kwinana Freeway from east of Mandurah down to Bunbury. Old Coast Road was the original Mandurah–Bunbury route, dating back to the 1840s. Part of that road, and the Australind Bypass around Australind and Eaton, were subsumed by Forrest Highway. The highway begins at Kwinana Freeway's southern terminus in Ravenswood, continues around the Peel Inlet to Lake Clifton, and heads south to finish at Bunbury's Eelup Roundabout. There are a number of at-grade intersections with minor roads in the shires of Murray, Waroona, and Harvey including Greenlands Road and Old Bunbury Road, both of which connect to South Western Highway near Pinjarra.
Coolup is a small town in the Peel region of Western Australia. The town is situated just off the South Western Highway and close to the Murray River. Coolup is home to the proposed new multimillion-dollar Murray Region Equestrian Centre, whose construction is in the initial stages of development.
