The Garden District is a residential neighborhood located in Baton Rouge's Mid-City area where Park Boulevard intersects Government Street. The Garden District is an established historic area with many upscale homes and an active civic association.

Alfred Taubman Center for Design Education, is a large office building located at 485 West Milwaukee Avenue in the New Center area of Detroit, Michigan, across the street from Cadillac Place. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.
Main Building is on the Vassar College campus in Poughkeepsie, New York. It was built by James Renwick, Jr. in the Second Empire style in 1861, the second building in the history of what was one of America's first women's colleges. It is one of the earliest, largest, and most important examples of Second Empire architecture in the United States and is a National Historic Landmark. At the time of its completion, the structure contained the most interior space of any building in the United States, and housed the entire college, including dormitories, libraries, classrooms, and dining halls. Currently, the first and second floors house campus administration while the remaining three house student rooms.

The Plymouth Post Office Building is an historic former post office building at 6 Main Street Extension in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The building was designed by Oscar Wenderoth and built in 1914-15 by the Hanold-O'Brien Company for the federal government. The two story brick Colonial Revival building, in addition to housing the main post office branch for the town, also housed other federal government offices on the upper floor. In the 1960s the building was relegated to a branch post office. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. Formerly owned by Flamingo Realty Trust, the building was purchased by 1620 Capital, LLC, in September 2013.
The Milner Arms Apartments, originally known as the Hotel Stevenson, is a high rise building located at 40 Davenport Street in Midtown Detroit, Michigan; it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. It is adjacent to, but not part of, the Cass-Davenport Historic District.

The Morgan Block is a historic commercial block at 313-333 Bridge Street in Springfield, Massachusetts. When the two story Classical Revival building was built in 1929, it was probably a speculative real estate venture by the Morgan Envelope Company, whose factory abutted the property in the rear. It was designed to house stores on the first floor and offices on the second, functions it continues to perform. It was rehabilitated in the early 1980s and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
The Stearns Building is a historic commercial building at 289-309 Bridge Street in downtown Springfield, Massachusetts. The six-story building was built in 1912 for the Dunlap Realty Group. It is an early example of Neo-Gothic design applied to large office buildings in Springfield. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
The Women's City Club is a women's club located at 2110 Park Avenue in Downtown Detroit, Michigan, within the Park Avenue Historic District. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1979.

St. George's Catholic Church is a historic church and school building on Vermont Route 25 in Bakersfield, Vermont. Built in 1840, it housed the South Academy until 1888, when it was purchased by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Burlington. It served as a church until 1996, and has since then housed the local historical society. It is a prominent local example of Gothic Revival architecture, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

Frederick A. Henninger (1865–1944), commonly known as F. A. Henninger, was a leading architect of Omaha, Nebraska. He was born in 1865 at Albia, Iowa, and attended the Chicago Art Institute. He moved from Chicago to Lincoln, Nebraska, and in 1891 to Omaha. He worked as a draftsman for an architect in 1895 and purchased the practice in 1896. He worked as an architect in Omaha until his retirement in 1937. After retiring, he moved to Pasadena, California and died there in 1944.
The Security Building, also known as the Stampfer Building, is a historic structure in Dubuque, Iowa, United States. The cream-colored building is associated with the J. F. Stampfer Co. department store.
The Lewis System Armored Car and Detective Service Building, also known as the Bell Tire and Rubber Company and Sioux City Tent and Awning, is a historic building located in Sioux City, Iowa, United States. F.A. Martin and Richard Nash, who owned the property, had this two-story brick commercial building constructed in 1929. KB Construction, who built the building, occupied the second floor. Bell Tire and Rubber Company was the first business located on the first floor from 1930 to 1933. A few other businesses occupied the space until Sioux City Tent and Awning was located here from 1937 to 1941. The following year Lewis System moved in and remained until 1969. The second floor was converted into apartments about 1950.
Woodbine Savings Bank, also known as the Columbia Hotel, Haight Real Estate and Insurance, and Swain Realty, is located in Woodbine, Iowa, United States. The significance of this building has less to do with banking specifically, and commerce in general. After the building was constructed it housed both the bank and the hotel. The bank occupied the northwest corner of the building and it remained here for forty years. The hotel occupied the southern portion of the building and then it expanded to the east with a new addition not long after its initial construction. A milinary shop occupied its former first-floor location. The building was the largest in town until 1966. The hotel remained for only eight years, and it was one of two hotels in town in those years. Other significant businesses that occupied the building include Boyer Valley Telephone Company, which expanded from one line out of town to multiple lines during its short tenancy here. Other businesses include the town newspaper, the Woodbine Twiner, the Harrison County Rural Electric Cooperative had their first offices here, and Haight Real Estate and Insurance Company, which occupied the bank's former location for another 40 years.
The Block Realty Building is a historic commercial building at 723 West Markham Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a two-story structure, built out of steel and concrete, with a flat roof. It is supported by corten steel columns, with its first floor predominantly finished in glass, and the upper level in aggregate concrete tiles. It was built in 1964 to a design by architect-engineer Eugene Levy, and is a good local example of commercial Mid-Century Modern architecture.
