The International Finance Centre is a skyscraper and integrated commercial development on the waterfront of Hong Kong's Central District.
HSBC Main Building is a headquarters building of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation,which is today a wholly owned subsidiary of London-based HSBC Holdings. It is located on the southern side of Statue Square near the location of the old City Hall,Hong Kong. The previous HSBC building was built in 1935 and pulled down to make way for the current building. The address remains as 1 Queen's Road Central.
The Jin Mao Tower,also known as the Jinmao Building or Jinmao Tower,is a 420.5-meter-tall (1,380 ft),88-story landmark skyscraper in Lujiazui,Pudong,Shanghai,China. It contains a shopping mall,offices and the Grand Hyatt Shanghai hotel which starts from the 53rd floor,which at the time of completion was the highest hotel in the world. Along with the Oriental Pearl Tower,the Shanghai World Financial Center and the Shanghai Tower it is part of the Lujiazui skyline seen from the Bund. It was the tallest building in China from its completion in 1999 until 2007,when it was surpassed by the Shanghai World Financial Center which is located close by. The Shanghai Tower,a 128-story building located next to these two buildings,surpassed the height of both these buildings in 2015,creating the world's first trio of adjacent supertall skyscrapers.
The Bund is a waterfront area and a protected historical district in central Shanghai. The area centers on a section of Zhongshan Road within the former Shanghai International Settlement,which runs along the western bank of the Huangpu River in the eastern part of Huangpu. The area along the river faces the modern skyscrapers of Lujiazui in Pudong. The Bund usually refers to the buildings and wharves on this section of the road,as well as some adjacent areas. This region has a significant European influence,with the style of many structures most comparable to that of European cities,particularly Gothic,Baroque,Neoclassical,Romanesque,Art Deco,and Renaissance architecture. Additionally,some of the city's top eateries are located there. From the 1860s to the 1930s,it was the rich and powerful center of the foreign establishment in Shanghai,operating as a legally protected treaty port.
The International Commerce Centre is a 108-storey,484 m (1,588 ft) supertall skyscraper in West Kowloon,Hong Kong,resting atop the Elements mall and near two MTR Stations. It is the world's 13th tallest by height,10th tallest by number of floors,and Hong Kong's tallest,as well as the only building in the city with over 100 storeys. The official height is 484 m (1,588 ft),which includes the 6 m (20 ft) tall parapets on the roof. It was the world's 4th tallest building and 3rd in Asia when completed in 2010.

Lujiazui is a station on Line 2 and 14 of the Shanghai Metro rapid transit system,situated in the middle of the financial district of Lujiazui. This station is the first stop in Pudong going east towards Pudong International Airport,and is part of the initial section of Line 2 that opened from Zhongshan Park to Longyang Road that opened on 20 September 1999. The station later became an interchange on 30 December 2021 after the opening of Line 14. Being at the centre of Lujiazui,the station is of significance to the area.

The tower was named after the adjacent Gateway Mall and serves as the headquarters of the Araneta Group,replacing the Aurora Tower since 2014. Moreover,the tower sits on a rectangular lot located along General Aguinaldo Avenue and features retail and electronics stores,dining outlets,hair salons,office spaces,an open air rooftop garden,and an art gallery,while the tower's upper floors are also occupied by various call centers,franchising,and tech companies.
