The Brown Palace Hotel, now The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa, Autograph Collection, is a historic hotel in Denver, Colorado, United States. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is the second-longest operating hotel in Denver. It is one of the first atrium-style hotels ever built. It is now operated by HEI Hotels and Resorts, and joined Marriott's Autograph Collection Hotels in 2012. The hotel is located at 321 17th Street between 17th Street, Broadway and Tremont Place in downtown Denver behind the Republic Plaza. The main entrance door is on Tremont Place.

It was designed in the Colonial Revival style by architect Henry Smith. The hotel was built to accommodate official visitors and tourists during the building of Boulder Dam, now Hoover Dam.
Glenisle, also known as Glen-Isle on the Platte and Glen Isle Resort, is a rustic-style resort hotel built at the turn of the 20th century. The hotel is located just off US Highway 285 in Bailey, Colorado, United States, and has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1985.
The Roberts Riverwalk Urban Resort Hotel, formerly the Parke-Davis Research Laboratory also once known as Building 55-Detroit Research, is a luxury hotel on the Detroit International Riverfront in Detroit, Michigan. The former research facility was redeveloped as a boutique luxury hotel in the 1980s. The building was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1976 for its historic significance as an early research laboratory.

The Union Avenue Historic Commercial District is a century-old business district in Pueblo, Colorado, United States. The district comprises sixty-nine contributing properties in a total area of 27 acres (11 ha) including the Union Depot, Vail Hotel and Quaker Flour Mill. In 1983, the district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The historic district was originally located within South Pueblo and Central Pueblo, two small cities until incorporated into Pueblo, Colorado which combined South Pueblo, Central Pueblo, Pueblo and Bessemer into one municipality. While still South Pueblo, Bat Masterson, best known for his association with Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday was brought in as sheriff to protect a railroad that was being built.

The College Inn is a nationally recognized historic building in Seattle. It is located at the Northeast corner of University Way ne and NE 40th Street in the University District one block west of the University of Washington. Built by local developer Charles Cowen, It was designed in 1909 by Graham & Myers and is an excellent example of Tudor Revival architecture used on a commercial building. Graham & Myers would design at least 50 houses for Cowen's University Park subdivision. At the time of its construction, the university campus was the site of the Alaska–Yukon–Pacific Exposition and Ye College Inn was intended to function as a small hotel for fairgoers. It later provided housing for students as well as commercial services on the lower floor. Currently it houses a boutique hotel, three cafes, and a pub. Following a complete restoration in 1979, The College Inn was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The Johnson–Kearns Hotel is a historic hotel in downtown Sringville, Utah, United States, that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).
River Inn is a historic building located in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, United States. This was the third of three first-class hotels built in the central business district. Completed in 1929, it replaced the Hotel Kaddatz as the city's premier hotel. It also assured that the Federal Courthouse, located across the street, did not relocate to Detroit Lakes in the 1920s. The River Inn provided accommodations for judges, jurors, lawyers, and court visitors. Boston architect Vernon A. Wright developed the hotel and designed the building. His father was George B. Wright, one of the city's founders. Vernon Wright also co-founded the Otter Tail Power Company. The four-story brick structure with Indiana limestone trim, features elements of the Medieval Revival style, the only commercial building downtown in that style. It was built by the Lauritzen Construction Company. While owned by Wright until his death in 1938, the hotel was managed by the Roberts Hotel Chain of Winona, Minnesota. The building was extensively renovated after Al C. Kavli acquired the property in 1965, reducing the number of rooms from 96 to 15 and converting the rest into apartments. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Historic Hotels of America is a program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation that was founded in 1989 with 32 charter members; the program accepts nominations and identifies hotels that have maintained their authenticity, sense of place, and architectural integrity. The Bell Mercantile, a two-story store building at 101-111 Moffat Avenue in Oak Creek, Colorado, was built in 1910 by Samuel and Edward Bell on their ranch property. It served as a company store to a "vast number of coal miners" in the area, as coal mines paid employees through the store. The store subtracted charges for store purchases before paying balances of paychecks to the workers. It included a bank and later served as a doctor's office. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
