Basilica of Sainte Anne de Détroit (Sainte-Anne-de-Détroit) was founded July 26, 1701 by French colonists in New France, and is the second-oldest continuously operating Roman Catholic parish in the United States. The current Gothic Revival cathedral-styled church, built in 1886, is located at 1000 St. Anne Street in Detroit, Michigan, in the Hubbard-Richard neighborhood, near the Ambassador Bridge, and the Michigan Central Station. At one time it was the seat of a diocese that included French territory in Ontario, Canada south of the Detroit River.
Saint Anne's Episcopal Church is a historic Episcopal Church in Middletown, Delaware. The town church was built in 1888. The old church was built in 1768 on the site of an earlier wooden church built about 1705. Queen Anne presented the church with a "covering for the communion table."

Christ Church, founded in 1817, is a historic Episcopal church located at 31st and O Streets, Northwest, Washington, D.C., in the Georgetown neighborhood. Its first rector was Reuel Keith (1792–1842), who with William Holland Wilmer rector of St. Paul's Church in 1818 founded an Education Society to train Episcopal priests. Rev. Keith left this parish in 1820 to accept a position at Bruton Parish Church and teach at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, although he later returned to the new national capital and taught at the Virginia Theological Seminary when it was founded in 1823.
St. Alban's Episcopal Church is an active parish in the Episcopal Diocese of New York, in the United States. The building is an historic Carpenter Gothic style church now located at 76 St. Alban's Place in Eltingville, Staten Island. It was built in 1865 as the Church of the Holy Comforter at what is now 3939 Richmond Avenue, the present site of the South Shore YMCA, and was designed by Richard Michell Upjohn, the son of the noted Carpenter Gothic architect, Richard Upjohn. In 1873, the building was split in half and moved to its present location, where it was re-assembled and expanded. In 1951, Holy Comforter absorbed the congregation of nearby St. Anne's Episcopal Church, Great Kills, and changed its name to St. Alban's. St. Anne's had been founded in 1929 as an offshoot of Holy Comforter.

The St. Anne Catholic Church in Napoleonville, Louisiana is a historic Roman Catholic church which was built in 1909. It is located about four blocks inland from Bayou Lafourche at 417 St. Joseph Street, as part of a two-block parcel which includes a contributing rectory (1895) and a contributing cemetery, as well as three non-contributing buildings. It was added to the National Register in 2001.

St. Mary's Church is a historic Catholic church in the eastern United States, at Fairfax Station, Virginia, a suburb southwest of Washington, D.C. Built 165 years ago in 1858, it is a rectangular, one-story, gable-front, frame structure in the Gothic Revival style. It has a steeple at the entrance and a large Gothic arched window over the entrance door. St. Mary's was the first Catholic church built within Fairfax County, and its early parishioners were primarily Irish immigrants employed by the Orange and Alexandria Railroad.
Washington Residential Historic District is a nationally recognized historic district located in Dubuque, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015. At the time of its nomination it consisted of 327 resources, which included 262 contributing buildings, 61 non-contributing buildings, and two non-contributing objects. This is one of the early residential areas of Dubuque, and was home to its German community. It also defines the "walkable city" with commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings located here. There are a number of churches in the district from various denominations. Of particular interest are St. Mary's Catholic Church (1866), St. John's Lutheran Church (1880), and St. Matthew's Lutheran Church (1908). A significant number of the buildings were constructed in brick, and the vast majority of the buildings in the district were built by 1891. Vernacular structures are commonplace here, as are various Victorian styles. Hollenfelz House (1891) and the Dubuque Casket Company building (1894) are individually listed on the National Register. The former St. Mary's Catholic Church complex forms its own historic district within this one.
