St. Augustine Catholic Church is a parish of the Roman Catholic Church near Clarkson, Kentucky, in the Eastern Deanery of the Diocese of Owensboro. It is noted for its historic parish church at 30 St Augustine Church Road in Grayson Springs. Built in 1854, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 7, 1989. [1] [2]

It remains an active parish in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Covington, and its cemetery is still open for the burial of parish members.

Holy Cross Church and School Complex—Latonia is a historic church of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Covington at 3612 Church Street in Covington, Kentucky. The campus straddles Church Street with the sanctuary and rectory on the east side and elementary school, high school and convent on the west. The church was constructed between 1906 and 1908 with the elementary school added in 1914, rectory in 1924, the high school in 1930 and the convent in 1941. The complex was added to the National Register in 1986.
Holy Name of Mary Proto-Cathedral, also known as St. Mary Proto-Cathedral, is a historic Roman Catholic parish church in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, United States that was formerly a cathedral church and the first Cathedral, hence "Proto-Cathedral", of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Marquette. It is the oldest parish and oldest cathedral parish in Michigan, and the third oldest parish in the United States. While the present church edifice, the fifth for the Parish, dates from 1881, the Parish began in 1668 as a Jesuit mission. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 and designated a State of Michigan historic site in 1989. The Proto-Cathedral was the (first) Cathedral of the Diocese of Marquette when it was denominated the "Diocese of Sault Sainte Marie", which diocesan title is presently that of a titular episcopal see.
Saint Benedict's Catholic Church is a parish of the Roman Catholic Church in Honaunau, Hawaii. It was built between 1899 and 1902 under the direction of the Belgian Catholic missionary Father John Velghe, who then painted frescoes along the interior ceiling and walls. An untrained folk-artist, Fr. Velghe depicted various biblical scenes, such as Cain's murder of Abel, Jesus refusing the Devil, and the writing on the wall, as well as a vivid illustration of sinners in Hell. While the building itself is small and rectangular, Fr. Velghe painted Gothic vaults above the altar, creating the illusion of a European Gothic cathedral, inspired particularly by Burgos Cathedral. Several other priests learned from Velghe and went on to establish other 'painted churches', including Star of the Sea Painted Church, painted by Father Evarist Gielen.

St. Augustine Church is a historic Roman Catholic church in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It has remained in use as a parish church since construction, currently serving the Parish of Our Lady of the Angels, which with St. Maria Goretti forms the Bloomfield/Garfield/Lawrenceville Grouping within the Diocese of Pittsburgh. The church has been operated by the Capuchin Friars since 1873 and is the headquarters of the Capuchin Province of St. Augustine.
St. Mary's Catholic Church is a parish church of the Diocese of Davenport. The church is located in Nichols, Iowa, United States. The parish was found in 1874 in the Diocese of Dubuque in what was then called Nichols Station. At the same time, a church building was constructed. A resident pastor was assigned to the parish in 1877. St. Mary's was incorporated into the Diocese of Davenport when it was founded in 1881. The original church building was destroyed in a fire. The present brick, Gothic Revival structure was completed in 1920. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2022.
