Heathsville is a census-designated place (CDP) in and the county seat of Northumberland County, Virginia, United States. Heathsville is the easternmost county of the Northern Neck of Virginia, which was the birthplace of three of the first five Presidents of the United States - George Washington, James Madison, and James Monroe. It is the county seat of Northumberland County, and has housed four county courthouses since the first was built in 1663.
Owens is a small unincorporated crossroads community at the intersection of Dahlgren Road, Windsor Drive, and Owens Drive in King George County, Virginia, United States. State Routes 206 and 218 meet at this intersection, with 206 going east towards U.S. Route 301 and Dahlgren, 218 going south towards US 301 and Colonial Beach and 206 and 218 joined together going west towards Arnolds Corner and Fredericksburg. The eastern part of the community is within the Dahlgren census-designated place.
The Pilgrim Baptist Church located at 732 Central Avenue West in Saint Paul in the U.S. state of Minnesota is the building that houses the first Black Baptist congregation in Saint Paul. The congregation was founded on November 15, 1866, by Reverend Robert Hickman and a group of escaped slaves from Boone County, Missouri. They were smuggled up the Mississippi River on the steamer War Eagle with the help of Union Soldiers and the Underground Railroad. The current building, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was built in 1928.
The Beeches, also known as the Huntington-Skinner House and Woman's Club of St. Albans, is a historic home located at St. Albans, West Virginia. It was built about 1874 for Henry Edwards Huntington in the Italianate style. After its purchase in 1903 by locale magnate J. V. R. Skinner, the two story home was transformed with a mix of formal interior and exterior details and additions. It commands an excellent view of Kanawha Terrace, a principal street of St. Albans, atop a hill that descends in a gentle slope shaded with trees and shrubbery.
The First Baptist Church is a historic church located at 81 St. Paul Street in Burlington, Vermont. Built in 1864, it is a significant example of early Italianate ecclesiastical architecture in the state. It was designed by Boston architect John Stevens. The church was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.
Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, also known as Big Levels Baptist Church, Lewisburg Baptist Church, and Mount Tabor Church, is a historic Baptist church at Court and Foster Streets in Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. It was built in 1832, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, brick meeting house building with Gothic style design elements. It measures 36 feet long by 40 feet wide and sits on a thick limestone foundation. It features a 10 feet by 16 feet frame tower, topped with an octagonal cap and belfry.

It was built in 1847, and is a one-story brick building in the Gothic Revival style. The church has a rectangular floor plan with a front vestibule and entrance through a central tower.
First Baptist Church is a historic Baptist church at 813 Market Street in Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia. It was built in 1871, and is a two-story, three by six-bay, brick church in the Italianate style, which was popular at the time. It has a central steeple on the front facade and several rear additions. It is topped by a gable roof trimmed by an arched corbel table and corner turret. This congregation was founded in 1817 and built their first church in 1837. First Baptist was built on that site.
Delevan Baptist Church, also known as First Baptist Church and First Colored Baptist Church, is a historic African-American Baptist church building located at 632 W. Main Street in Charlottesville, Virginia. It was built in 1883, and is a one-story, three bay by six bay, Victorian Romanesque style brick church. It sits on a raised basement and features with a square projecting central tower topped by a large octagonal lantern on a square base, both of wood.
The St. Albans Post Office, also known as Old St. Albans Post Office, is a historic post office building located at 202 Sixth Ave. in St. Albans, Kanawha County, West Virginia. It was built in 1937, and is a one-story, five bay brick building with a metal hip roof in Colonial Revival style. A rear addition was built about 1955. It was designed by the Office of the Supervising Architect under Louis A. Simon and Supervising Engineer Neal A. Melick.
Bank of St. Albans Building, also known as St. Albans City Building, is a historic bank building located at St. Albans, Kanawha County, West Virginia. It was built in 1906, and is a three-story, masonry building in the Classical Revival style. The front facade features two sets of fluted columns with Ionic order capitals. It housed a bank until 1961, after which it was occupied by city offices.
St. Albans Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad Depot, also known as St. Albans Depot, is a historic railroad depot located at St. Albans, Kanawha County, West Virginia. It was built in 1906 by the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad. It has a 1 1/2 story central block with one story wings and a hipped roof. It originally had a square watch tower. The frame building is clad in clapboard siding. The station closed about 1963 and remained vacant until the city purchased the land from CSX Transportation in 1991 and CSX donated the station.
William E. Mohler House, also known as "Hill Grove," is a historic home located at St. Albans, Kanawha County, West Virginia. It was built about 1900, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, frame rectangular dwelling with a corner tower in the Queen Anne style. It sits on a stone foundation. It has a complex roof of multiple gables, with four colossal paneled brick chimneys. The upper most floor houses a ballroom. It was built by William E. Mohler, president of the area's largest lumber company. The property was sold for use as a church in 1965, and occupied by Covenant Presbyterian Church when listed in 1983. In 1992, Covenant Presbyterian Church moved to Nitro, West Virginia.
St. Albans Main Street Historic District is a national historic district located at St. Albans, Kanawha County, West Virginia. The district includes 22 contributing buildings in the central business district of St. Albans. They were constructed following two fires in 1906 that destroyed the original frame structures. Notable buildings include the Ivanhoe Lodge No. 71, Hamrick Hospital / Braley Thompson Learning Center, Alban Theater, Old First National Bank & Post Office, First Baptist Church, and the Washington Lodge No. 58, designed by Walter F. The Church Hill North Historic District is a historic district in Richmond, Virginia, that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. An expansion of the district was listed in 2000. This added 37 acres (15 ha) to the original 70 acres (28 ha)
The Church of St. John the Baptist was a historic church building in Virginia, Minnesota, United States. It was built in 1924 by a Polish American congregation of Roman Catholics. In 1980 the church was listed on the National Register of Historic Places under the name Church of St. John the Baptist (Catholic) for its local significance in the themes of religion and social history. It was nominated for serving as the center of religious and social life for Virginia's Polish Americans.
Mattaponi Church is a historic Baptist Church located near Cumnor, King and Queen County, Virginia. As English settlement advanced through present-day King and Queen County, the original Anglican parish, Stratton Major, was divided in 1674, forming St. Stephen's Parish to the northwest. In 1730, construction commenced on a new "Lower Church" for St. Stephen's Parish which was completed around 1734. The structure is designed in a cruciform plan executed in Georgian style. Of particular note are the church's three entrances, which have rubbed brick pilasters and pediments, two achieved in triangular form and one in semicircular form. The entire church is built of bricks laid in Flemish bond. St. Stephen's Church was used for Anglican worship until the American Revolution when it was abandoned. In 1803, the church was occupied by a Baptist congregation which continues to worship in the historic church today. When the Baptists assumed ownership of the church, it was renamed Mattaponi. Fire gutted the interior of the church in 1922, but it was restored and remains well preserved. Today, historic Mattaponi Baptist Church houses the original wall tablets displaying the Decalogue, Creed, and Lord's Prayer, as well as a Bible dated 1753.
The Brookland Park Historic District is a national historic district located at Richmond, Virginia. The district encompasses 1,157 contributing buildings located north of downtown Richmond and Barton Heights. The primarily residential area developed starting in the late-19th century as one of the city's early “streetcar suburbs.” The buildings are in a variety of popular late-19th and early-20th century architectural styles including frame bungalows and American Foursquare. The neighborhood is characterized by frame dwellings with a single-story porch spanning the facade, and either Colonial Revival or Craftsman in style, moderate in scale, with understated materials and stylistic expression. Notable non-residential buildings include the North Side Branch building, Brookland Inn, former A&P Grocery Store, North Side Junior High School, Barack Obama Elementary School, St. Paul's School building (1923), St. Philip's Episcopal Church, First African Baptist Church (1922), and Garland Avenue Baptist Church.
