The 2015 Telford and Wrekin Council election took place on 7 May 2015 to elect members of Telford and Wrekin Council in England. [1] This was on the same day as other local elections.

Telford and Wrekin Council is the local authority of Telford and Wrekin in Shropshire, England. It is a unitary authority, having the powers of a non-metropolitan county and district council combined. The district of Telford and Wrekin was granted borough status in 2002, though the council does not ordinarily include "Borough" in its name.

The Wrekin is a constituency in the House of Commons of the British Parliament, located in the county of Shropshire in the West Midlands of England. It has existed continuously since its creation by the Representation of the People Act 1918, and is named after a prominent landmark hill in the area, The Wrekin. The constituency has periodically swung back and forth between the Labour and Conservative parties since the 1920s, and has been held since 2005 by a Conservative MP, Mark Pritchard.

Elections for the whole of Telford and Wrekin Council took place on 10 May 2011. 54 councillors were elected in 33 wards and the Labour Party took control from the Conservatives. There were no boundary changes taking effect at this election.

2018 Barnet London Borough Council election

The 2018 Barnet Council election took place on 3 May 2018 to elect members of Barnet Borough Council in England. It took place on the same day as other local elections in 2018. In the last election, the Conservatives won control of the council with 32 seats, compared to 30 for Labour and 1 for the Liberal Democrats. On 15 March 2018, following the resignation of a Conservative councillor, the council was in a state of no overall control. The election on 3 May 2018 saw the Conservatives take back overall control with a majority of 13.
