The Voice TV was a Norwegian-language television channel operated by ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG that mostly broadcast music. It was launched in 2004, its sister channels in Sweden, Finland and Denmark launching the same year.
In 2005, the channel increased its penetration since it became part of the basic package of cable television distributor Canal Digital.
In the Norwegian market The Voice was also used as a brand for a radio network, see The Voice Hiphop & RnB Norway.
The station closed in 2012.

Nickelodeon is an American pay television channel which was first tested on December 1, 1977, until it eventually launched on April 1, 1979 as the first cable channel for children. It is owned by ViacomCBS through its domestic networks division and is based in New York City. Viasat is a satellite and pay television brand, co-owned by the Swedish media group Nordic Entertainment Group (NENT) in the Nordic countries, Sony Pictures Television in Hungary, and by Viasat World internationally. Founded in Sweden in 1991, Viasat has previously been owned by Modern Times Group. The channels of both companies are broadcast from London.

NRK1 is the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation's (NRK) main television channel. Test broadcasts started on 12 January 1954, regular test broadcasts started on 13 April 1958 and regular broadcasts started on 20 August 1960. It is Norway's oldest and largest television channel and was the country's only free-to-air television channel until the launch of TV 2 in 1992. NRK2 is one of the TV channels of the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK). It was launched on 1 September 1996. It has traditionally concentrated on more on cultural and in-depth programmes than its sister channel NRK1 and has also shown drama series, comedies, and news. When not broadcasting regular programmes, it used to show "Svisj", an interactive programme with music videos and SMS chat. With the launch of NRK3 in early September 2007, "Svisj" moved to the new station and NRK2 refocused its programming to focus on news, documentaries, and cultural programs.
