There were 455 housing units at an average density of 104.6/km2 (270.5/mi2). The racial makeup of the CDP was 96.84% White, 0.48% Black or African American, 0.67% Native American, 0.29% from other races, and 1.73% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.15% of the population.
There were 441 households, out of which 32.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 43.3% were married couples living together, 12.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 40.4% were non-families. 35.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 17.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
