Trinity is an album by jazz pianist Tommy Flanagan. It is a 1976 trio recording, with bassist Ron Carter and drummer Roy Haynes, that was also released as Positive Intensity.
This album was Flanagan's second as a leader in 15 years, having been vocalist Ella Fitzgerald's pianist for a long period. [1] It was recorded in New York City on October 4, 18, and November 10, 1976. [2]
Trinity was released by Inner City Records. [2] The same material was also released by CBS/Sony as Positive Intensity. [2]

Henry Jones Jr. was an American jazz pianist, bandleader, arranger, and composer. Critics and musicians described Jones as eloquent, lyrical, and impeccable. In 1989, The National Endowment for the Arts honored him with the NEA Jazz Masters Award. He was also honored in 2003 with the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP) Jazz Living Legend Award. In 2008, he was awarded the National Medal of Arts. On April 13, 2009, the University of Hartford presented Jones with an honorary Doctorate of Music for his musical accomplishments.

Prezervation is a compilation album by saxophone player Stan Getz and pianist Al Haig. It was released in January 1968 and includes performances recorded between 1949 and 1950. The album features both instrumental and vocal pieces. Whilst the first eight pieces had been available on LP before, tracks 9–12 were unissued at the time of the album's release and don't feature Getz playing. Prezervation also includes the rarities "Stardust" and "Goodnight My Love", whose masters had been thought lost until being rediscovered by Don Schlitten shortly before the album's release.
