Upton Apartments is a historic building in Ogden, Utah. It was built in 1925 by the Upton Masonry Company, with a "somewhat ornate brick exterior." [2] It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since December 31, 1987. [1]

Ogden is a city and the county seat of Weber County, Utah, United States, approximately 10 miles (16 km) east of the Great Salt Lake and 40 miles (64 km) north of Salt Lake City. The population was 84,316 in 2014, according to the US Census Bureau, making it Utah's 7th largest city. The city served as a major railway hub through much of its history, and still handles a great deal of freight rail traffic which makes it a convenient location for manufacturing and commerce. Ogden is also known for its many historic buildings, proximity to the Wasatch Mountains, and as the location of Weber State University.

Drake Court Apartments and the Dartmore Apartments Historic District United States historic place

The Drake Court Apartments and the Dartmore Apartments Historic District, built between 1916 and 1921, is located at Jones Street from 20th to 23rd Streets in Midtown Omaha, in the U.S. state of Nebraska. Built in combined Georgian Revival, Colonial Revival and Prairie School styles, the complex was designated a City of Omaha Landmark in 1978; it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a historic district in 1980. The historic district originally included 6.5 acres (2.6 ha) with 19 buildings. In 2014, boundary of the historic district was expanded by 0.74 acres (0.30 ha) include three additional buildings, and decreased by 3 acres (1.2 ha) to remove open space and parking that had been re-purposed, for a new total of 4.24 acres (1.72 ha). The district was also renamed to Drake Court Historic District.

Harriet Taylor Upton House United States historic place

The Harriet Taylor Upton House is a historic house museum at 380 Mahoning Avenue NW in Warren, Ohio. Built about 1840, it was the residence of suffragette Harriet Taylor Upton (1853-1945) from 1887 to 1931. The house was the headquarters of Upton's National American Woman's Suffrage Association from 1903 to 1905, and was thus an important site in the early 20th century push for women's suffrage. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1992. It is owned by a local nonprofit, and is open for tours by appointment.
