The 1995 ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament was a men's tennis tournament played on indoor carpet courts. It was the 23rd edition of the event known that year as the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament, and was part of the ATP World Series of the 1995 ATP Tour. It took place at the Rotterdam Ahoy indoor sporting arena in Rotterdam, Netherlands, from 27 February through 6 March 1995. Fifthe-seeded Richard Krajicek won the singles title.

Andre Agassi defeated the two-time defending champion Pete Sampras in the final, 3–6, 6–2, 7–6(7–3) to win the men's singles tennis title at the 1995 Miami Open. The final was a rematch of the Indian Wells final two weeks earlier, and Sampras was attempting to complete the Sunshine Double.

Thomas Muster defeated Boris Becker in the final, 4–6, 5–7, 6–1, 7–6(8–6), 6–0 to win the singles tennis title at the 1995 Monte-Carlo Masters. Muster saved two championship points and came back from two sets down in the final to win what is regarded as one of the best Monte-Carlo Masters matches in history. Becker was attempting to win his first clay court title, but would never win one.
