The 2010 FIM Czech Republic Speedway Grand Prix was the third race of the 2010 Speedway Grand Prix season. It took place on 22 May at the Stadium Marketa in Prague, Czech Republic. [1]

The 2010 Speedway Grand Prix season was the 16th season of the Speedway Grand Prix era, and decided the 65th FIM Speedway World Championship. It was the tenth series under the promotion of Benfield Sports International, an IMG company. The series began on 24 April in Leszno and finished on 9 October in Bydgoszcz.

The Grand Prix was won by Pole Tomasz Gollob, who beat Nicki Pedersen, Jarosław Hampel and Magnus Zetterström in the final. [2]

Tomasz Gollob Polish speedway rider

Tomasz Gollob is a Polish motorcycle speedway rider who has appeared in every Speedway Grand Prix series since its inaugural season in 1995. His brother Jacek is also a speedway rider.

Nicki Pedersen is a Danish motorcycle speedway rider. He has won the World Championship in 2003, 2007 and 2008 and was a World Cup winner with Denmark in 2006, 2008, 2012 and 2014. His brother, Ronni Pedersen, has also ridden in the Speedway Grand Prix and World Cup.

Jarosław Hampel Polish speedway rider

Jarosław "Jarek" Hampel is a Polish Speedway rider and a participant of the FIM Speedway Grand Prix in 2007 and 2010.

The Speedway Grand Prix Commission nominated Matěj Kůs as Wild Card, and Luboš Tomíček, Jr. and Zdeněk Simota both as Track Reserves. [3] The Draw was made on 21 May at 13:00 CEST by Tomáš Chalupa, the Mayor of the municipal district Prague 6. [4]

Tomáš Chalupa is a Czech politician who served as Minister of the Environment of the Czech Republic from January 2011 to July 2013. He previously served as mayor of Prague 6 from 2002 to 2011.
