The men's hammer throw at the 2010 World Junior Championships in Athletics was held at the Moncton 2010 Stadium on 23 & 25 July. [1] [2] The final was won by American Conor McCullough. A six-kilogram ball was used throughout the competition.

The World Athletics U20 Championships is a biennial world championships for the sport of athletics organised by the World Athletics, contested by athletes in the under-20 athletics age category (19 years old or younger on 31 December in the year of the competition.

2010 World Junior Championships in Athletics

The 13th World Junior Championships in Athletics was an international athletics competition for athletes under the age of 20 which was held at the Moncton Stadium in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada from 19–25 July 2010. A total of 44 athletics events were contested at the Championships, 22 by male and 22 by female athletes. It was the second time that the event took place in Canada, after the 1988 edition in Sudbury. This became the last event announced by Scott Davis.
