The 2022 election to Pembrokeshire County Council took place on 5 May 2022 to elect 60 members to Pembrokeshire County Council, as part of wider local elections across Wales and the UK. The election was preceded by the 2017 election. [1] It will be followed by the 2027 election.
A number of boundary changes took place following a review by the Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales. [2] 29 of the existing 60 wards remained unchanged although there were some changes to ward names.

Nineteen seats (out of the sixty available) had candidates elected unopposed. [3] All nineteen unopposed candidates were members of the previous council.

Pembroke is a town and community in Pembrokeshire, Wales, with a population of 7,552. The names of both the town and the county have a common origin; both are derived from the Cantref of Penfro: Pen, "head" or "end", and bro, "region", "country", "land", which has been interpreted to mean either "Land's End" or "headland".
South Pembrokeshire was one of six local government districts of Dyfed, Wales from 1974 to 1996.

Llanrhian is a small village, community and parish in Pembrokeshire in west Wales, near the coast, south of Porthgain village. The community of Llanrhian includes the settlements of Llanhowell, Croesgoch, Portheiddy, Porthgain and Trefin. The village church is St Rhian’s and is of medieval origin. The village is in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
Amroth was the name of a county electoral ward in Pembrokeshire, Wales. It covered the community of Amroth which, as well as the village of Amroth included Summerhill, Stepaside, Pleasant Valley and Wiseman's Bridge and well as the hamlets at Llanteg and Llanteglos.
Camrose is the name of an electoral ward in Pembrokeshire, Wales. Since May 2022 the ward has been coterminous the community of Camrose. The community of Camrose consists of part of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park
Cilgerran was an electoral ward in Pembrokeshire, Wales. The ward consisted of the communities of Cilgerran and Manordeifi. The community of Cilgerran consists of part of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
Maenclochog is the name of an electoral ward in Pembrokeshire, Wales. It covers the Maenclochog community and the two neighbouring communities of Llandissilio West and Clynderwen. The Maenclochog ward elects a councillor to Pembrokeshire County Council.
Pembroke Dock Llanion was the name of a county electoral ward in the town of Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire, Wales. Llanion remains as a ward for elections to Pembroke Dock Town Council.
The Pembrokeshire League is a football league in Pembrokeshire, West Wales, running from levels five to nine of the Welsh football league system.
Pembroke Monkton and St Mary South is the name of an electoral ward in the town of Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, Wales. The ward elects two county councillors to Pembrokeshire County Council. The seats will be contested for the first time in the 2022 Pembrokeshire County Council election. The ward replaced the Pembroke Monkton and Pembroke St Mary South electoral wards, which each elected one county councillor.
Mid and South Pembrokeshire is a constituency of the House of Commons in the UK Parliament, first contested at the 2024 United Kingdom general election. It was created following the 2023 Periodic Review of Westminster constituencies.
