The Nassau Presbyterian Church is a historic congregation located at 61 Nassau Street in Princeton, New Jersey, United States. It has been the home of many important figures in the history of Presbyterianism in the United States as a result of its proximity to Princeton University and the Princeton Theological Seminary. The church operates the Princeton Cemetery and is a contributing property to the Princeton Historic District. The current pastor is the Reverend Dr. David A. Davis.

The congregation was first organized on November 4, 1832, and the church building was built between 1835 and 1838, which makes it the oldest church in Tallahassee and the oldest building in Florida that's still being used for its original purpose.
Pilgrim Presbyterian Church is a historic church building in the Mount Adams neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, near the Ida Street Viaduct. Built in 1886, it is a Gothic Revival structure built primarily of brick. Constructed by Mount Adams architect and builder Charles E. Iliff, the church features a two-story rectangular floor plan with a prominent central bell tower. Among its other distinctive architectural elements are the rose windows in the main gable, pairs of windows on its second floor, and the symmetry evidenced in the overall design of the building.

The structure is one of the three Georgian Gothic Revival churches on the Lower East Side with the other ones being St. Augustine's Chapel and the Church of the Transfiguration. It is also the second oldest church building in New York City.

At the time of its establishment, there were two separate churches, First and Second Presabyterian Churches of Lafayette. In 1914, they merged as Central Presbyterian. The church was built in 1902 and is a 1½-story, Romanesque Revival style brick building with a gable / hipped roof. It features a three-story, square corner tower with a pyramidal roof.

The Greensboro History Museum, consisting of the former First Presbyterian Church of Greensboro and Smith Memorial Building, is a historic museum building located at 130 Summit Ave. in Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina. The former Presbyterian church was built in 1892 on the site of a former Confederate hospital, and is a Romanesque Revival-style brick building with a cross gable roof and tower. The semi-circular, 11 bay, Smith Memorial Building was built in 1903. It features four octagonal sides and a tower. The memorial building was designed by the architect Charles Christian Hook (1870-1938). The church and memorial building were connected and the older structures modified and renovated in 1938. Also located on the property is the First Presbyterian Church cemetery, established in 1831, after the first church was built on land that was donated by Jesse H. Lindsay. The church vacated the property in 1929, and in 1937-1938 it was renovated and enlarged as the Richardson Civic Center and donated to the city of Greensboro. It subsequently housed the Greensboro Public Library, the Greensboro Historical Museum, and the Greensboro Art Center. The historic building functions as one part of the current, larger Greenboro History Museum.
Holly Grove Presbyterian Church is a historic church at 244 East 2nd Street in Holly Grove, Arkansas. It is a single-story wood-frame building, with a gable-roofed rectangular sanctuary, a square tower off to one side, and a Sunday School addition to the rear. The exterior, originally clad in board-and-batten siding, is now finished in metal siding that closely resembles a c. 1900 residing. It exhibits a combination of Greek Revival and Gothic Revival features. It was built in 1881 for a congregation established in 1839, and was its second sanctuary, replacing one destroyed by fire in 1871.

The design of the wood frame structure is more reminiscent of a schoolhouse than a church building. There are no church buildings similar in style in the area. F. W. Chapman, of Waterloo, Iowa was responsible for the carpentry work, Tabor Construction Company poured the foundation, and Menzel, also of Waterloo, installed the windows. The windows incorporate the pointed Gothic arch. The building was constructed for $2,910.35.
