Union Station is a major railway station and intermodal transportation hub in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located on Front Street West, on the south side of the block bounded by Bay Street and York Street in downtown Toronto. The municipal government of Toronto owns the station building while the provincial transit agency Metrolinx owns the train shed and trackage. Union Station has been a National Historic Site of Canada since 1975, and a Heritage Railway Station since 1989. It is operated by the Toronto Terminals Railway, a joint venture of the Canadian National Railway and Canadian Pacific Railway that directs and controls train movement along the Union Station Rail Corridor, the largest and busiest rail corridor in Canada.

Along with being the busiest railway station in India, it is also one of the busiest and largest train stations in the world. As per Indian Green Building Council, it was awarded CII-IGBC Silver Rating becoming the first green railway station among metropolitan cities in India.

Aylesbury railway station is a railway station in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, England, on the London–Aylesbury line from London Marylebone via Amersham. It is 38 miles (61 km) from Aylesbury to Marylebone. A branch line from Princes Risborough on the Chiltern Main Line terminates at the station. It was the terminus for London Underground's Metropolitan line until the service was cut back to Amersham in 1961. The station was also known as Aylesbury Town under the management of British Railways from c. 1948 until the 1960s.

It is the busiest railway station in South India and one of the most important hubs in the country. It is connected to Moore Market Complex railway station, Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. M.G. Ramachandran Central metro station, Chennai Park railway station, and Chennai Park Town railway station. It is about 1.8 km (1.1 mi) from the Chennai Egmore railway station. The terminus connects the city to northern India, including Kolkata, Mumbai, and New Delhi, and all the different parts of India.

Thiruvananthapuram Central, formerly Trivandrum Central, is a major railway station that serves the city of Thiruvananthapuram, capital of Kerala state, India. It is the busiest railway station in Kerala and an important rail hub in Southern Railway. The building of the railway station is one of the iconic landmarks of Thiruvananthapuram. The station is located at the heart of the city opposite Central bus station Thiruvananthapuram at Thampanoor. Thiruvananthapuram Pettah and Nemom are the adjacent railway stations towards the North and South respectively. Trains from here connect the city and the state to almost all the major cities in India. This station is also noted for a whole range of amenities available within the premises. The station has book shops, restaurants, accommodation, and Internet browsing centers. A satellite station was opened in 2005 at Kochuveli which is 8 km northwest known as Kochuveli railway station, near the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport. Most of the long-distance trains depart from here. Thiruvananthapuram is the first tier 2 city from the south along the longest train routes in India, the Kanyakumari–Thiruvananthapuram–Dibrugarh Vivek Express route and the Kanyakumari–Thiruvananthapuram–Jammu Tawi–Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Himsagar Express route. A second terminal was opened in 2004 to handle passenger traffic and later a West Terminal in 2007. To reduce traffic, the Thiruvananthapuram Central railway station has 16 railway tracks
Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station is a railway station in South Delhi, India. It is under the administrative control of the Delhi Division of the Northern Railway zone of the Indian Railways. It is one of the five main stations in Delhi and handles nearly 250 trains daily The station was named after the Sufi saint, Hazrat Nizamuddin. Hazrat Nizamuddin station was upgraded to help relieve congestion at New Delhi railway station and is recommended for first time travellers, particularly those bound for Agra as it much quieter and easier to navigate.
Vadodara Junction railway station is the main station in the Indian city of Vadodara, Gujarat. Due to its strategic location, it is the fifth-busiest railway station in India in terms of frequency of trains after Kanpur Central, Vijayawada Junction, Delhi Junction, New Delhi, and Howrah,and busiest in Gujarat state and as well as second important railway station in Gujarat after Ahmedabad Junction. Govindpuri Junction or Kanpur South is a railway station in Kanpur which caters 650,000 passengers to their destinations. It is the third busiest railway station in Kanpur followed by Kanpur Central. On International Women's Day, 2018 Govindpuri became the first railway station in North Central Railway with all-women staff.
Tambaram, is one of the railway terminals of the Chennai Beach–Tambaram section of the Chennai Suburban Railway Network. It is situated at a distance of 6 kilometres (3.7 mi) from the centre of Tambaram. It is situated in South Chennai and located 27 kilometres (17 mi) from Chennai Beach station. It is one of the fastest-growing railway hubs outside Chennai Central in the southern direction. Every day, on an average, around 3,50,000 commuters use the station. About 500 suburban electric trains operate from Tambaram, including those between Chennai Beach and Chengalpattu and Kancheepuram. Further, more than 25 express trains, including those bound for Howrah and other places in the northern India, pass through the town. It is also the third busiest station in the city. It is one of the four railway terminals within Chennai City. The daily ticket sales at Tambaram fetch ₹ 1 million, half of which comes from suburban travellers. It is the second most revenue-generating station in Chennai after Moore Market Complex. A total of 52 trains pass through the station.
Danapur Railway Station or Danapur Junction, station code DNR, is a large railway station and headquarters of Danapur railway division of East Central Railway. Danapur is connected to metropolitan areas of India by the Delhi–Kolkata main line via Mughalsarai–Patna route. It is in Khagaul city about 6 km from Danapur Cantonment, in Patna district in the Indian state of Bihar.
