Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy [a] is a 2024 compilation video game developed and published by Capcom. It is a sequel to Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy and contains remasters of the fourth through sixth main games in the Ace Attorney series: Apollo Justice (2007), Dual Destinies (2013), and Spirit of Justice (2016). It was released on January 25, 2024 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Windows, and Xbox One.
The compilation was first announced in an interview with news website Jiji in 2017, Capcom's COO, Haruhiro Tsujimoto, said that the Ace Attorney series was going to receive support on the Nintendo Switch, with a mainline entry, and two compilations, one of the original trilogy and one including games 4 through 6 in the series. Development for Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy began in 2021. The development team aimed to create a gameplay experience for both newcomers and longtime fans. [2]
On June 12, 2023, Capcom announced it would publish the compilation that includes high-definition remastered versions of three main video games that star Apollo Justice as a protagonist. The game was to feature an updated UI, hi-resolution artwork, and localization in seven languages. [3] [4]

Apollo Justice, known in Japanese as Hōsuke Odoroki is a character in the 2007 video game Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney as its protagonist, replacing Phoenix Wright, who was the protagonist of the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy, which takes place seven years prior. Like Phoenix, he is a defense attorney, whose first case, under mentor Kristoph Gavin, is to defend Phoenix for murder. He subsequently appeared in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice, where he is one of three playable protagonists, alongside Phoenix Wright and Athena Cykes. He has the power to detect tells using a special bracelet, and during Apollo Justice, he faces off against prosecutor Klavier Gavin. Apollo was created by Shu Takumi as a new protagonist, meant to be "aggressive, passionate, and youthful" in contrast to Phoenix, and he was designed by Kazuya Nuri. His design in Dual Destinies was meant to make players question what happened to him between Apollo Justice and this. His English name comes from the god Apollo and his belief in justice.

The compilation comprises 17 games initially released between 1984 and 1987, which were distributed in five separate packs of three games during February–April 2013, with two additional games unlocked for those that purchased all five packs.
