Birches Head is an area within Stoke-on-Trent. It lies on the edge of the town of Hanley.
Formerly Birches Head Farm the area had new housing built on it to meet modern demands. These houses are centred on wide, open spaces.
An old railway line runs across the estate. The local secondary school is Birches Head Academy. The Caldon Canal runs through the suburb. The area is easily accessible due to its position around the City Centre, with main roads such as the A5009, A5008 and the A5272.
The Potter's House Church is located at the site of the former high school. It was renamed in July 2006 to its current name. It has a secondary location at Longton Central Hall.

Stoke Park is a large area of parkland on the edge of the town centre of Guildford, Surrey, England donated to Guildford by the Lord Onslow in 1925 with the express wish that it "remain for all time a lung of the town". Between London Road and Parkway, two of the four arterial roads to the A3, Stoke Park is the largest park within the town signed area of Guildford. It is also a Green Flag award winning park. The park and its woodland have remained more or less intact since they were laid out in the 18th-century. Bishopstoke, a village recorded in the Domesday Book, is a civil parish in the borough of Eastleigh in Hampshire, England. Bishopstoke was also mentioned when King Alfred the Great's grandson King Eadred, granted land at "Stohes" to Thegn Aelfric in 948 AD. The village is about a mile east of Eastleigh town centre, and is on the eastern bank of the River Itchen. It adjoins Fair Oak on the east, in the Fair Oak and Horton Heath parish. The village was annexed to Eastleigh in 1932, and was split out again as an independent civil parish later. It forms part of the Southampton Urban Area.
Stoke Lodge is a suburb of Bristol, England, developed in the 1950s and early 1960s on farmland to the south of Patchway Common, South Gloucestershire and east of the A38 trunk road. Although the busy London to South Wales railway forms the south-western boundary of the estate, the sound of the trains is moderated by the railway tracks being within a cutting. The new town of Bradley Stoke lies immediately to the east, whilst the suburb of Little Stoke is on its southern edge.

Stokes comprises 16,447 acres (66.56 km2) of mountainous woods in the Kittatinny Mountains, extending from the southern boundary of High Point State Park southwestward to the eastern boundary of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. The park is operated and maintained by the New Jersey Division of Parks and Forestry.
